Paul did a great job getting everything set up for me. Trying to relocate vehicles from Wyoming to Pennsylvania is a hard task but he got it done painlessly. Driver was fantastic as well. Hands down great experience with this company! My contact (Marlon) was super informative with every detail.
I had to fly out of state to see a vehicle prior to purchase, so it wasnot guaranteed I would need a transport. He not only found me the best rate, but gave me his work cell number to text him live updates so he could secure a driver as soon as I knew if I would purchase. Also, he was available throughout the entire process--after normal business hours AND on the weekend to make sure the transport was secured, vehicle loaded properly, and arrived without hiccups!)
Having service like this put all my hesitation aside as I made such a large out-of-state purchase. Kudos to Marlon! (more)

If I could give this company NO stars, I would! Worst company I've ever dealt with in any business transaction. I do not believe anyone other than Jeremy works for this company as no one answers any phone calls or emails. No matter what business numbers I called, I never got an answer. I would be put on hold by an automated system for some time and then automatically transferred to a voice mailbox that was full at which time my call would be terminated. Made coordinating this shipment very difficult as the car was arriving at a shipping port and I'm in Europe. They subbed out the pickup to another contractor who picked the car up late and then didn't deliver it on the scheduled date. We did receive a phone call from TS on the scheduled delivery date saying the driver called our home twice and left a message and no one answered. Two people were at the residence all day and there were never any calls or any messages on our answering machine. Was glad to get the car off the truck and out of their hands. Bottom line - these guys are super unreliable and I wouldn't trust them to deliver a post card to my neighbor. (more)

: WORST COMPANY EVER
This company is TERRIBLE. They were so late on picking up the vehicle that it was actually outside of the guaranteed timeframe, however, after mulitple calls to multiple employees, they REFUSE to reimburse based on what I signed at the outset. They also guaranteed me that they do not broker their business, but they DID in fact broker to MORE THAN ONE other company. I was never quite sure exactly who was in possession of my car; what company, or what individual. The individuals that eventually dropped if off were unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable - did not appear to be employees of a business at all. This entire time, I was having to rent a vehicle and use temporary passes to enter base to get to my patients. They could reimburse this AT THE LEAST, but have refused to do anything at all after I have PROVED what they owe me based on all the paperwork that I saved and exact dates of times of all interactions with the company. I will continue to post reviews and advise all military members not to use this company until I am reimbursed - you are better off asking a kid on the street to drive your vehicle across country, as he would be just as professional, accountable, and easy to get in contact with as Transport Services has been. These guys are scammers. They are horrible at what they do and they are extremley dishonest. 3 difeerent people at this company lied to me over a month and a half time period. Jeremy Feller, Jessica Monteiro, and Jarrett all told myself and my customers lies. They never even picked up the car or delivered the vehicle and they drug the situation out for near 2 m onths. I contacted Transport Services (www.transportservicesonline.com) in April 2011 to haul a motor home from GA to TN. I received a quote and an Order# 365551-RB.
I was told by Samantha (Auto Transport Specialist, 888-561-4285 Ext 240, Samantha@transportservicesonline.com) and Jeremy (888-561-4285 Ext 300, Jeremy@transportservicesonline.com) that $300.00 would be charged to my credit card only when the motor home was transported.
Weeks went by with a constant back & forth with Samantha and Wendy Garcia, Accounting Department (wendy@transportservicesonline.com) about the transport arrangements. It was finally determined by Jarret in the Customer Service Dept that Transport Services would not be able to transport the motor home and that my credit card would NOT be charged.
$300.00 was charged to my credit card on 5/25/2011 for services that had NOT been rendered.
I began my emails and calls to Samantha and Wendy regarding a credit on my charge card since Transport Services did NOT render any service. Both assured me that a credit would be made. Weeks went by with constant calls and emails but still no credit. Every call I made I was assured by Samantha that Wendy was working on this refund. Needless to say, still no refund.
On one call, Samantha transferred me to the Manager, Ryan (ext 216) and he assured me that this would be taken care ASAP and a refund would be forth coming. He said he was having lunch with the president of the company that afternoon and would bring this to his attention. Needless to say, still no refund.
Since then I have called Ryan every Friday and received the same old story that a refund would be coming. Needless to say, still no refund.
On 9/2 I posted a review on www.transportreviews.com explaining the situation but was informed by Jeremy via email that they had taken it off as they couldn’t locate me as a customer. Obviously they are not interested in the difficulties their customers are having. Obviously this company has a long history of shoddy service… or rather NON Customer Service.
On one phone call (9/30/11 2:50pm) Ryan transferred me to Jarret, Manager of the Customer Service Dept. He informed me that all of the Customer Service Dept staff had been let go due to non-performance & complaints and that HE was the only one left. He, of course, assured me that he would send a check out that evening. Needless to say, still no refund.
For the past 3 weeks I have tried repeatedly to contact Ryan and/or Jarret. If I do make contact I am promptly hung up on. Today (10-21-2011), I reached Ryan who said he would not transfer me but instead would walk upstairs to Customer Service and have them get on the phone. Jarret got on the phone, announced himself and then promptly hung up. When I called back, I reached Luke in the Customer Service Dept who also promptly hung up.
I leave voice messages for a call back but am NEVER contacted. I send emails but never receive any responses.
I left a message for Ryan to please pass along the name of the president of Transport Services and his contact information. I have yet to receive that information from him
Needless to say, still no refund. The service was NEVER performed….
I have been assured that a refund is coming… . Needless to say, still no refund.

: Horrible Customer Service/ No Responsibility
Transport services said they would deliver my car in 3-5 days but i did not receive my car until day 7. even then, I was never informed of what was going on with my car even with several phone calls and messages. They never initiated any call to me regarding the delays.Once my car was delivered, the car was completely dirty on the inside and had been driven over 80 miles and the gas tank was on empty. I have tried calling Transport Service everyday to talk with someone about reimbursement, but i either get put on hold for a ridiculously long time and have to hang up and call back and then I get sent to someone random's voicemail where I again leave a message. I still have not received any calls from them and it has been a week and a half. Horribly unresponsive and do not seem to care at all about customer service or doing a good job. I would not recommend them to anyone. (more)

AFTER DEALING WITH A FEW SHIPPING COMPANIES I DECIDED TO GO WITH TRANSPORT SERVICES BEING THAT THE SALES REP ADVERTISED THEIR COMPANY TO ME AS A COMPANY THAT HAD THEIR OWN FLEET OF TRUCKS (LIE #1) THEY ARE A BROKER THAT PUTS YOUR VEHICLE ON A DISPATCH BOARD JUST LIKE THE OTHERS. THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT ON 13 MAY AND SAID THAT THEY HAD A DRIVER IN THE AREA AND WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK UP MY TRUCK ON THE 17TH. THE 17TH ROLLED AROUND, NO PHONE CALL, SO I CALLED. AMANDA SAID THAT THE DRIVER WAS AT AN AUCTION AND WOULD BE THERE TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE IN A FEW DAYS. A FEW DAYS GO BY, NO PHONE CALL SO I CALLED AGAIN AND GOT THE SAME EXCUSE BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL NOW REASSIGN MY VEHICLE PICK UP TO ANOTHER DRIVER.

why should such a company with horriffic reviews fo genue customers still exist in this civil society,they will take your money and try every means possible not to refund it and no one does nothing is there no business bureau in the US to close down such dubious ,criminals ,i am yet to hear from Jeremy to denie my review.he lied a number of times first saying his towing truck went to my car and realised its too big for his truck forgetting my car is located inside a company which denied any such towing truck at their premises.Jeremy wanted to use that excuse to keep my money as a fuel charge but now that did not work he will not pick up my phone calls and i just read similar reviews and wonder how they are left to proceed with such a business in the USA and get away with it.i hope an investigator take up this issue,we dont need people as the transportation services around in this 21st century,they may need to look for a better job and stop the scam. I have used Transport Services now for the 3rd time and they always do a good job. The latest transport was to NY from FL, and was picked up and delivered on time with no damages or delays. Spoke with Jeremy, who I understand is the owner. Very courteous and even gave me a discount due to the frequency with which I transport with them. Was able to accommodate my tight schedule and got my mothers Sonata back to NY right on time. Cant ask for more than that in this industry. (more)

I have been shipping my car back and forth for 7 years now and every year, I go through the same thing run around by so many different companies. This year I choose Ryan with Transport Services and let me tell you he has earn my future business till i retire and stay put in West Palm Beach. The driver showed up on time delivery was exactly when they said it would be .. Could not of asked for a better service. They even have live Online tracking. They are brokers, they don't own any trucks so they use other trucking companies to deliver their customers vehicle. I'm a trucking company and it is now more than a year and I haven't got paid for the 2 vehicle I transported for their customer. They lied and told me the check was in the mail, and when I called back they hang up on me. They are taking customers money and having trucking companies transport their vehicle and they don't pay these trucking companies. They are dishonest. (more)

I would not have my worst enemy use this company to transport their vehicle. Not only are they rude but they feed you a bunch of bs just to get your business. I dealt with Gary ext 236 who was very nice and helpful when it came to booking my pick up date and sending my deposit. After that day I have left a minimum of 3 voicemails which were never returned. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up 08/04/10 and I was to receive a courtesy call verifying the pick up time 08/03/10. Neither of those happened. I had to call this company numerous times before I finally got a response notifying me after my pickup date passed that the truck had broken down and they were searching for another truck. I understand things happen that are out of control but a little notice wouldve been nice. I never received a call back from this company so I continued to call the next day and finally got a return call stating that "it may be possible to have my car picked up Saturday Night" but my flight was leaving Saturday morning so that was not going to work. They then suggested that I leave my car in a parking lot with the keys in it and that I should trust that a driver would pick it up Saturday. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. After getting the run around I told them to just cancel the pickup and send me a refund. They agreed and said it would be returned in 24-48 hours.. It has been 6 days and I still have not received my deposit nor have a received a response. WHAT A SHOCKER! This company is a scam and has horrific reviews all over the internet. This was partially my fault because I shouldve researched more but I got sucked in by Gary and Audi and now I'm out $350 and had to drive my vehicle across country last minute and miss 3 days of work because of these jerks. They should be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!! (more)

This is really very very poor customer service I have seen. Any time you call, only the operator picks up the phone and you will never get hold of the actual customer service people. I had to cancel my order and went to the extent of disputing my credit card payment just because of no response from them. Even the contact person who booked my order never responded to my voice mails/emails. Better stay away from these people (more)

After requesting a quote from a number of carriers, I received a decent quote from transport services. Then they started calling me repeatedly to get my business. They said that they were different from other brokers because they had their own trucks, and could pick up my car by the end of the week. I paid them the deposit, and then the ridiculousness started. They did not pick up my car by the end of the week as promised. I called customer service, and after repeated phone calls was told that the car would be picked up by midweek of the next week. Middle of next week came and went, and no pickup. Again, repeated calls to customer service, and I was told definitely by the end of the week. End of the week, and nothing. On Saturday, someone called me and told me that a truck that was going to pick up my car had broken down, and that they promised my car would be picked up Monday. Guess what? Nothing on Monday. No pickup, no phone calls. I started calling and leaving messages for customer service, and they would never call back. When I would get through, they would put me on hold and not get back to me. Finally, I canceled the order and told them to refund my deposit. Not sure yet if they will willingly refund it, but I will get it back somehow. I understand that it is the busy season and trucks are hard to get from South to North. I would have had no problem if they had told me that they are trying their best, but are not sure when they will be able to get it. But repeteadly lying to me, never returning phone calls, putting me on perma-hold made me give them this review. I would advise to stay away from this company if you actually want your car delivered, and to be dealt with honestly. (more)

WARNING DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Check bbb.org. They have a D- rating!!!!I hired them to transport my car from Northern Ca. to Southern Ca. on 4/9. I was told by the sales rep. that they had a truck available to pickup my car on Tuesday 4/13 for the rate of $385, and I was guaranteed a spot on the truck as long as I booked by the end of the business day. He also told me the delivery should be within 24 hours. I was required to pay a deposit of $150. I agreed and paid the deposit. I was told by the sales representative, verbally and in writing, that they were a "direct carrier", and "used their own trucks". (4/13) I hadn't heard anything from the transportation company or their driver, so I called to get an update. The person I talked to at Transportation Services simply gave me a phone number of a trucking company they had brokered the job to! (4/13) I called the brokered company (Extreme Brother Trucking) and was only able to leave a message. I didn't hear anything.(4/14) I called again and was able to talk with the truck driver, Trevor. He assured me he would pick up the car that night. He did not (4/15) I called Trevor multiple times; I was unable to leave a message. After a few hours of trying, I finally got a hold of him. He said he would pick up the vehicle in the afternoon. He did. He guaranteed that car would be delivered that night or early Friday morning at the latest. He did not (4/16) I called multiple times without success. I finally got him on the phone that afternoon. He told me he was in Los Angeles and would have the car delivered in a couple of hours. He did not (4/17) I began to worry about my car & called the police. The police agreed to call Trevor and demand an answer. After multiple phone calls from the police Trevor delivered my car on 4/17. The car arrived damaged. This entire process began when I booked "Transport Services" to transport my car on THEIR trucks. I intentionally avoided brokers to avoid this (more)

: Misrepresented as a direct carrier - claimed I wasnt a customer when reviewed
My review of transport services was based upon the deceit which I received when I was approached by them for a quote to ship my 1993 GMC Typhoon from Saint Louis Park, MN to Nashville, TN. The quote number which I received from them was: 211797-KZ. The representative with whom I dealt was Michael.
In speaking with Michael, he guaranteed the following items which was crucial in making my decision to use Transport Services in order to ship my vehicle:
1. Vehicle would be picked up 3/15/2010 – TRUE. This DID happen.
2. Deposit of $150 at time of pick up – TRUE. However deposit was charged the Friday prior to pickup (bank statement included in fax), however that is not too worrisome to me.
3. Told that Transport Services was a direct shipping company and ONLY used their own trucks and that the vehicle would remain with the same driver/truck from pickup to drop-off – FALSE. The vehicle was picked up by a 3 car hauler and according to actual shipping company will be coming to me on an 8-10 car carrier.
4. Specifically told Michael that I did NOT want the vehicle to be stored or taken to ANY terminal once the vehicle was initially picked up. He again confirmed that they were a direct ship company – FALSE. As I type, the vehicle is in a terminal in Minneapolis with the actual shipping company which is bringing the vehicle down (FastCarMovers / Rademacher Inc US TDOT 838833. 651-644-9300 and spoke with Pat).
5. Was told by Michael that the trucks were equipped with GPS and could be tracked at any time by using their website – FALSE. The vehicle is not on any truck which belongs to them.
This morning I emailed Michael asking for a contact number to the truck driver so that I could contact him to get an approximate day / time when he believed that he may be in the area so that I could schedule meetings which I have out of the office around the arrival. I talked to John on Saturday and the car was picked up on Monday night and arrived in California the following week. I had never done anything like this before and was anxious but all went very well.
