Review Description

Transport services said they would deliver my car in 3-5 days but i did not receive my car until day 7. even then, I was never informed of what was going on with my car even with several phone calls and messages. They never initiated any call to me regarding the delays.Once my car was delivered, the car was completely dirty on the inside and had been driven over 80 miles and the gas tank was on empty. I have tried calling Transport Service everyday to talk with someone about reimbursement, but i either get put on hold for a ridiculously long time and have to hang up and call back and then I get sent to someone random's voicemail where I again leave a message. I still have not received any calls from them and it has been a week and a half. Horribly unresponsive and do not seem to care at all about customer service or doing a good job. I would not recommend them to anyone.
