Once I choose DIY transport. Hasan was awesome staying in touch and letting me know when my car would be picked up. They handled everything with the dealership as well. The driver contacted me on his route to let me know his arrival time. Showed up right on the time. Thanks DIY.  (more)

DIY gave me a low ball offer so I went with them.They gave me a window they were going to pick up my car and they were over a week late. I heard nothing from them when i asked when my car might actually be picked up and all they told me was that the route was busy and they had no information - for A WEEK! I was out of pocket traveling during the time my car was to be picked up, so that made things even more frustrating. After a week and a half, they told me they could open it up for a bid, so i ended up going with Brothers Motors (who was great) but i paid an extra $300. What a nightmare - i will never recommend DIY to anyone.  (more)

Ive been using these shipping services for a while now for our dealership with success. Gary Nichols is the rep that i contact for my shipments and his quotes are always fast accurate and competitive with friendly service at all hours. There are never any isses. I do recommend this company and Gary specifically to others whom ask for shipping and will continue to use this service.  (more)

They charged my credit card on 1/15 and again on 1/18 . I only authorized 1 charge. I have proof of everything, they even admitted via email that they charged me twice and would issue me a refund. The check they sent bounced. Horrible, dishonest people who deliver nothing but excuses. DO NOT do business with these people, you will regret it!  (more)

DIY transport quoted 2100 and cars are delivered on time, but one car was damaged (Camry). Told by DIY Transport to submit claim through them and we did within 24 hours. No response that claim was submitted to TES.  (more)

After dealing with a horrible transport company I contacted DYI and the first person I spoke with was Charity. She was so nice and professional, she answered all of my questions with no hesitation and everything she told me she did. I contacted DIY about 6 weeks prior to my proposed pick-up date. I got a quote which was solidified with a contract. AND a PROMISE to keep in the loop. This did NOT happen. I had to call as well as email to try to get updates. Approximately 10 days prior to the proposed pick-up date DIY wanted to renegotiate the price. I said no. Representative lost all interest and failed to keep me updated. She made promise after promise. They were LIES. DIY is the answer to the statement of BUYER BEWARE. Anyone that uses DIY is foolish. I was very impressed by Omri at DIY in Ohio because he was able to complete a transaction in minutes when another company could not accomplish a thing for 10 days! The other reputable company with a 5 star rating was short changing the driver to drive up her commission! I needed a car shipped from Tampa to San Antonio by Monday because my son was leaving on a Tuesday. All the sweet promises by the lady working for a shipping company out of Los Angeles over the course of 10 days came down to that Friday when she had the nerve to say maybe my son can give the keys of the car to a roommate at the apartment if the car was not shipped by Monday. Omar was the Man that turned around a dire situation. He had a driver in minutes on late Friday afternoon. The car was shipped on Sunday and arrived in San Antonio on time. The driver was terrific and Omar is the beat in the business. If you want a car shipped without a lot of headaches and failed promises pleas contact Omar at DIY!!!  (more)

I was referred to DIY by a friend who had utilized their services and gave them a glowing report. We contacted them and gave them information pertinent to our transportation needs to ship 3 vehicles. They gave us a rate quote and time element. I told them I would get back to them and that I was going to shop their rate quote and time factor. After contacting several other shipping companies I felt best about doing business with DIY. They honored their quote and delivered the vehicles in a timely fashion in the exact same condition they picked them up in. Exceeded Expectations Review: This was our first experience with selecting an auto transport company - when trying to select a company I found great reviews and poor reviews of the same companies. I picked etransport for their overall positive reviews. There was a little confusion on the initial contact but it was very quickly remedied. The actual auto transporter was DoItAuto Transport - they too were very good to deal with - professional, friendly and helpful. We were able to drop off the car at their terminal as it was close to our address which helped with trying to coordinate schedules. The delivery date was a couple of days off which included a weekend, so it was not an unreasonable delay. The price was what was expected, and the vehicle arrived without damage and its contents were intact. Very pleased and very relieved!!  (more)

Don't let these fake reviews you read fool you. These guys are lying crooks. Not only do they lie to you and tell you they keep your Credit Card on file. They never moved my car and still took my money! Tried to get a refund because they didn't do their job and I get stonewalled time after time.They are no different than any other broker out there. They do not own their own carriers. They still have to find someone to pickup your vehicle. Guess what the carrier is still going to want what they want to get paid. I called another local carrier in NJ and they got my vehicle moved at the proper price. Another thing these guys are low-balling scumbags. They fool you into thinking you are getting the lowest price when in reality there is no lower price. Their use of deception is disgusting and they should be prosecuted.  (more)

We called a few companies to ship a car we purchased in Ohio to Nevada and, although there were a few good responses, we ultimately went with Ebid for a few reasons. First of all, it was our first time shipping a car and had no idea what to do/expect. Chris at Ebid was amazing and explained the entire process to us and was very patient with our (numerous!) questions. Secondly, they came in the lowest out of any bid and Chris did everything in his power to get us on a truck that was leaving right away. We not only had the truck picked up on time and delivered days earlier than expected, they communicated updates with us the entire time so that we were never left wondering what was going on with our car. eBid Transport provided excellent service to me. Chris is a very professional and very friendly person to conduct business with. Not only does he know how to operate his business, but he keeps your best interested in mind. I was told that the driver would show up on a Monday but the driver instead came on Wednesday - which was the fault of the driver, not the fault of Chris and his team. Due to this, the delivery was a bit late but it was worth the wait. The carrier was excellent and very friendly as well. My husband and I bought a car on ebay and decided to have Eric with ebidtransport ship it to us from NC. We wanted to keep our cost down since the car was not a show piece so we went with an open carrier. There were no open carriers in the area for the window that we wanted to have the car picked up so Eric kicked in the extra 100 dollars from their deposit to make sure we got picked up by the closest carrier during the window which happened to be enclosed. I have shipped several cars over the years and to this date i have never found a broker that didn't give me some sort of run around. eBidTransport.com sent me a text about this new DIY service they were offering and so i checked it out. Long story short....it was so nice to be able to set up the transport of my car on my own with their online profile and the eBid system let me control my own pick up date based on what I was willing to pay a driver. My son knew someone over at eBidTransport.com and referred me over to them. I have never shipped a car before so i was a bit nervous. After hearing how this industry works and how much most brokers charged for just posting a vehicle on national board i was very happy to just do it myself online at this site. They gave me a suggested starting price and i controlled my own window and how much i was willing to pay. It was nice to know i was in control and it worked great.
