Review Description

Got an online quote and decided to contract with them on 3/12/15 to ship a Mercedes SL from MA to FL. Order # was 150065. ON 3/19/15 i emailed them asking the status of my order. Received no response so called them on 3/20/15. Got right through but was told status was still pending. The owner of car wanted it out of his garage so I called again on Monday, 3/23/15 and was told status was still pending. I told them it has been over a week and they responded with "still pending". Getting worried I called DIYtransport and explained what was happening. A wonderful rep, Lindsay, advised me that they could ship it no problem and gave me a quote lower than Direct. She said she saw that my car was still on the board and again assured me that they could ship it soon. So I cancelled my contract with Direct and contracted with DIY #5866823. I received a call the next day from DIY and to my complete amazement, they had a driver that could pick it up that day. WOW! So you decide who you want to use, the company that could not find a transport after a week, or the company that got it picked up the next day for cheaper!
