Eric was to to point, honest, and professional. He told me what I was up against and what the market was charging for a west coast to east coast ship and that he would see what he could do. There were not false promises, no red tape, or BS. He is as honest to you as anyone could be. Communication was great also. He even picked up his phone for me on a Sunday afternoon. He also explained how the shipping companies must have a certain rating and qualifications to be able to ship for him. From what I can tell you have a better chance having a heart attack than to have one of his shippers damage your vehicle, the criteria is that strict. I will call him first whenever I need another vehicle shipped.
