Review Description

I contacted DIY about 6 weeks prior to my proposed pick-up date. I got a quote which was solidified with a contract. AND a PROMISE to keep in the loop. This did NOT happen. I had to call as well as email to try to get updates. Approximately 10 days prior to the proposed pick-up date DIY wanted to renegotiate the price. I said no. Representative lost all interest and failed to keep me updated. She made promise after promise. They were LIES. DIY is the answer to the statement of BUYER BEWARE. Anyone that uses DIY is foolish. I had to go with another transport company.
