From booking my reservation to delivering my car, AAA Anytime Inc did a phenomenal job! Making my reservation was seamless, AAA was able to accommodate my requested dates for pickup and delivery. They were great about communicating every step of the way and were on-time for picking up and delivering my vehicle. I received my car in exactly the same way it was when they picked it up. I had an absolutely dreadful experience with AAA Anytime, and I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with others. This company is an absolute sham, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. First and foremost, AAA Anytime blatantly lied about owning their own vehicles and being a reputable auto transportation service. I contacted them for assistance with transporting my vehicle, and the gentleman on the phone assured me that they had their own fleet of vehicles and were not just a broker. I was promised exceptional customer support and a smooth process from start to finish. However, the moment they received my payment, everything changed. It was like night and day. The same gentleman who had promised me the world suddenly became evasive and refused to assist me in any way. It was as though he had vanished into thin air. Multiple attempts to contact AAA Anytime were met with utter silence. They would not answer calls, respond to emails, or provide any form of customer support. To make matters even worse, the delivery of my vehicle was significantly delayed. When the time finally came to pick up my car, the treatment I received from AAA Anytime was appalling. They were unbelievably rude to the dealership during the pickup process, to the point where the dealership was on the verge of refusing to release my vehicle to them. It was a complete embarrassment and further cemented the unprofessionalism of AAA Anytime. In summary, AAA Anytime is a deceitful and unreliable company. They falsely claim to own their own vehicles and refuse to provide any form of customer support once they have your money. Their lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding, and I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. There are plenty of reputable auto transportation services out there, and AAA Anytime is certainly not one of them. Save yourself the headache and choose a different company for your vehicle transport needs.  (more)

AAA Anytime provided a very competitive quote and it was easy to setup contract. Vehicle was picked up a day after expected but carrier was able to deliver same day. Would have been better to state pickup/deliver could be plus 24 or 48hrs. All in all, AAA Anytime got the job done!  (more)

It was a customer friendly experience from quote to delivery. AAA Anytime gave me a firm quote that was much more reasonable than many of the other companies who continue to flood my email inbox long after my request for quotes. Other companies gave quotes stating that the price could change between contract and actual pick-up. AAA Anytime put in writing that their quote was exactly what I would pay, with no surprises Paul, the transport driver came well within the agreed upon two day window He was quite courteous during the whole pick-up process I was extremely impressed by his skill in loading the truck into the top row of vehicles. Worse shipping compay, They call you and talk to you and tell you our service is guaranteed and the car should he there on time. And guess what this company dont have drivers ! They get drivers from other companys ! So basically they just have a contact with some drivers ! My car should be ship today and its saturday ! I called them and they told me the car should be ship today and After I called the driver, She told me I dont work on weekend and I will bring the car on Monday ! This company is all about over promise under deliver� my pickup was scheduled for 3/24-3/28/2022. I was told the latest pickup date would be 3/28/2022. As the date rolled around I waited all day with no communication I called the company and they immediately blamed the truck driver and said he was running late in Vermont and they would call me back. They never did. I called back and they stated it would now be Wednesday 3/30/2022 for pickup. So I waited to hear. As the date arrived the same story� no communication, after several calls were put in to AAA anytime they stated it would be Thursday as the driver has issues with the truck. Thursday 3/31/2022 and again same story� nothing , I had to yet again call and find out what was going on with my transport.. and they now stated it would be Friday 4/1/2022 morning. The truck driver arrived at the dealer after 1 pm.. he picked the vehicle up and started his drive to Indiana. The truck was delivered to my house on Saturday 4/2/2021 at 11:15 pm� which I find ridiculous I had to wait that late in the night for the truck to arrive which was originally suppose to arrive at 6-7pm. The truck driver told the dealership that would be the arrival. Regardless I understand things happen and the truck driver was professional and polite. However this company dropped the ball huge� the are piss poor on customer service and very quick to collect FULL payment upfront. Do your homework folks.. it�s not worth the stress with this company , go with someone who can communicate and appreciates the business. They also claim to be affiliated with AAA and they are not.. misleading from the start. They will NOT honor their contract and they will not call you back when they claim they will. I put in anywhere from 10-15 calls in this process and I never once received a call back from them.  (more)

I found aaa anytime through a couple of friends who recommended their services, I could not of been more happy with Rich he is the best, he explained everything to me over the phone and took the time to answer all of my questions. I planned to move my car from California to New York .I was a little worried sending my car on an open carrier since it was a classic car with a new paint job but the company was able to agree to my requests that would lower the chance of the damaging the paint job that would come with sending it on an open truck.Driver delivered my car on time as he said and there was no damage to my car. AAA Anytime was very helpful and sourced an open car carrier. The driver was informed with the risks and safety features of his truck. A few minutes before pickup he reported that there was no space on his truck to accomodate our cars because another customer was unable to remove his vehicles to make space for our cars. The driver was ablt to find a secure lot to keep our cars safe until he had the space to take our cars. All in all the wait was about 4 days (one day later than anticipated) but the cars came in good condition  (more)

Their business practices are shady. They charge you the full amount upfront. They tell you what you want to hear in the beginning and then find a reason to add fees. When you dispute them they say pay the additional or we just keep the full amount. No services rendered, no driver ever assigned. The booking agents also handle customer service and deny any contact with anyone of authority. The day email your issues and then the same bookers respond. They rely on a poorly written terms and conditions page. PETER a booking agent even had the nerve to tell me he hoped I DIE A HORRIBLE, MISERABLE DEATH. I was never rude or did I use profanity. I simply asked to speak with a person in position of authority who could make a legitimate business decision on behalf of the company. If you have a similar problem, line #19 in their terms kills any standing they have to keep your money. I also should have read all of the similar complaints with BBB and Google and Yelp before trying to use them.  (more)

My experience with this company was awesome. I received their contact info from a friend. When I contacted the company they were courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. When I committed to using the company as a transport for my vehicle, the company was fast and efficient. I had my vehicle within 5 days of first contacting the carrier. The price was fantastic. I’m giving this company a ZERO; however, it should be a -∞ (-Infinity). Before I start the review, let’s analyze this companies own claims (statistics) from this very review site, just one of the sites they market their overall customer satisfaction. They claim to have a “5-Star” rating; however, the math doesn’t add up. I prepare and analyze statistical data as a research scientist, at the time of this review, they have 356 reviews on this site, and the rating scale used is 0-5 stars. I recorded all 356 ratings and then calculated the probabilities of their scores. Here are their raw scores: 14 zero-star ratings, 2 one-star rating, 0 three-star ratings, 2 four-star ratings; however, 337 five-star ratings??? Without boring you with all the details, and breaking down the probabilities of these scores being accurate, I’ll just sum it but by sharing the overall probability of AAA having a “5 Star” from these scores. The probability of AAA actually having a “5 Star” rating, is 0.00001 (0.001%). You don’t have to understand statistics to see, their data is “junk data.” Since this company is located in Las Vegas, the owners have a better chance of winning at the roulette table, betting on 00 (odds for 00, 2.70%), than they do in achieving a 5-star rating from their ratings data set. So, why did I hire them, right? I failed to look up this site (or any other) to review the data. I got sold! They are only a broker, not an actual transport company, and the haulers they use (they claim to be vetted) are shady. Their “customer service” department, should be called “customer UN-service,” due to not being able to provide an accurate pick or delivery time, and provide ZERO accurate information. Customer service told us our car would be picked up on April 7th, but didn’t get picked up until April 9th. When the driver finally called us (from Fast Freight Trucking, Inc) to pick up our car, he made us drive over 5 miles to him, because he “couldn’t” get his truck backed into our driveway. We live in the country, and share a driveway (with PLENTY of turning space) with our neighbor who owns a commercial landscaping company. He has semi-trucks and trailers backed in every week (to deliver sod, fertilizer, equipment, etc.). AAA said our car would be delivered to Oregon (from Maryland) between 5-6 days from pick-up. When it didn’t arrive on day 6, we attempted to contact Fast Freight Trucking, Inc. for an update, but no one answered the call, or return calls from voicemails asking for updates. How many calls did I make??? Between normal business hours (they list), I called every 10 minutes on the 15th and 16th of April. When I called “customer service,” their response was, “I can’t get ahold of the company or driver, I call you back in an hour.” The only time I got a call back, was on late afternoon (after being hung up on 2 times by other company employees), and was told they talked to the driver, and our car would be delivered on April 17th, between 12pm to 2pm. It is now April 19th (10 days since pick-up), and we still haven’t seen our car; costing us $75 a day for our rental. Going back to the data, read the other ZERO reviews, there are common themes in them. Since our car hasn’t been delivered, I can’t yet comment of whether our car is damaged, of if the driver is going to attempt to extort extra money at delivery because we put personal items in both the back seat and not obstructing the rear window (as per AAA’s approval). However, so far, what I’ve stated in this review, is consistent with the other ZERO-rated reviews. This company should not be allowed to do business, and the fact that they themselves couldn’t even get in contact with Fast Freight Trucking, Inc., is beyond concerning!  (more)

I have shipped several personal cars with different companies. This was clearly the most professional and the easiest. AAA Anytime was great, responded quickly and professionally and put up with all my questions and procrastinations. They was very open about the process and how it works. I shipped the with a military rate from a small town in the middle of nowhere. It was still picked up and delivered early and in perfect shape! We placed the order on Wednesday, they picked the car up Friday from the Chicago area and delivered to Southern FL on Monday. Carrier was asked to deliver by Monday or wait a few days as no one would be home. They went out of their way to make sure we got it before we had to go out of town. I decided to ship my car during my move cross-country close to the last possible minute. When I called to cancel this order because it was a 30 days pay I was told not to worry because the check was going to be send the following Friday after delivering it. Details were even given to me about how it was paid directly by the bank. This is the second time you company does the same thing to me.
