Review Description

I used this company back in '07 and I am still writing to shipping review sites where I can post to warn others about my very bad experience with these booking agents. They have the distinction of being the worst in the world! They are not even a shipping company. It took 3 weeks for them to pick up a classic Mercedes-Benz convertible. I lost a lot of time and money waiting for the car to be delivered as I was supposed to go on an extended period of travel. Had to change my flights, hotel dates, etc. The poorest customer service and downright nasty, going as far as insulting me with foul language. They would not answer my calls or faxes. They threatened to keep the whole amount without ever delivering the car when i wanted to cancel. I was at their mercy. Please read the fine print on their contract. But better yet, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAND OF LIARS AND THIEVES. They will lie at every step of the way, even say I was never customer or in fact that the car was delivered on time, but I have a copy of the contract and payment made to them readily available to email to anyone, as well as a statement from the retired judge who I bought the car from in Georgia for anyone who wishes to verify my story. Do yourself a favor, just stay away from them.
