Review Description

Their business practices are shady. They charge you the full amount upfront. They tell you what you want to hear in the beginning and then find a reason to add fees. When you dispute them they say pay the additional or we just keep the full amount. No services rendered, no driver ever assigned. The booking agents also handle customer service and deny any contact with anyone of authority. The day email your issues and then the same bookers respond. They rely on a poorly written terms and conditions page. PETER a booking agent even had the nerve to tell me he hoped I DIE A HORRIBLE, MISERABLE DEATH. I was never rude or did I use profanity. I simply asked to speak with a person in position of authority who could make a legitimate business decision on behalf of the company. If you have a similar problem, line #19 in their terms kills any standing they have to keep your money. I also should have read all of the similar complaints with BBB and Google and Yelp before trying to use them.
