Horizon Auto Shipping, Inc. - Review

I dropped off my vehicle in Germany to shop back to the states due to a military PCS. At first everything went good until they took possession of my vehicle. I had it professionally cleaned prior to dropping off to ensure it would arrive in pristine condition...boy was I wrong. For starters they never did any sort of condition report to annotate any defects prior to accepting the vehicle. I was told I would receive regular updates throughout the process of my vehicle and never received a single update unless I first contacted them asking. It arrived in port and cleared customs on 15 March but I did not find out until four days later when I emailed them asking for an update. It then took two weeks for the vehicle to be delivered to me. When it was delivered I found out they gave the driver the wrong phone number and delivery address. The vehicle arrived with mold all throughout the seats and carpeting area and when I spoke to the owner I was told they are not responsible and she refused to even help with covering the cleaning and detailing of my car. I will never use this company again and will discourage anyone that thinks of using them. Their response to emails and voicemail is horrible.  (more)

I wanted to take a moment and tell you what a asset Gerren is to your company. From the moment I was in touch with him about moving our vehicles to Hawaii he stayed on top of things and always stayed in touch with my husband and I. I had previously booked our auto transport with another company-only to cancel it 2 weeks later when we were still waiting for them to send someone to pick up our cars. Being in the military there are so many things we have to do to get our family moved, Gerren took one less stress off of us in helping us and making things happen in a timely manner! Gerren is a wonderful asset to your company and should be recognized for his professionalism and ability to make things happen when promised-it’s hard to find that these days!  (more)
