Review Description

I dropped off my vehicle in Germany to shop back to the states due to a military PCS. At first everything went good until they took possession of my vehicle. I had it professionally cleaned prior to dropping off to ensure it would arrive in pristine condition...boy was I wrong. For starters they never did any sort of condition report to annotate any defects prior to accepting the vehicle. I was told I would receive regular updates throughout the process of my vehicle and never received a single update unless I first contacted them asking. It arrived in port and cleared customs on 15 March but I did not find out until four days later when I emailed them asking for an update. It then took two weeks for the vehicle to be delivered to me. When it was delivered I found out they gave the driver the wrong phone number and delivery address. The vehicle arrived with mold all throughout the seats and carpeting area and when I spoke to the owner I was told they are not responsible and she refused to even help with covering the cleaning and detailing of my car. I will never use this company again and will discourage anyone that thinks of using them. Their response to emails and voicemail is horrible.
