I wanted to take a moment and tell you what a asset Gerren is to your company. From the moment I was in touch with him about moving our vehicles to Hawaii he stayed on top of things and always stayed in touch with my husband and I. I had previously booked our auto transport with another company-only to cancel it 2 weeks later when we were still waiting for them to send someone to pick up our cars. Being in the military there are so many things we have to do to get our family moved, Gerren took one less stress off of us in helping us and making things happen in a timely manner! Gerren is a wonderful asset to your company and should be recognized for his professionalism and ability to make things happen when promised-it’s hard to find that these days!
