Review Description

This was my first time ever needing a service to ship a vehicle from Houston to Hawaii.I contacted Matson which handles the majority of vehicles shipped from the mainland to Hawaii, and they told me that I would need to find a broker to facilitate the delivery of my vehicle to their port in Long Beach, CA. I decided to go with Horizon after searching for a local company, and they were able to give me a reasonable quote via phone (after doing research later on to ship a second vehicle I found their price quote to be about average with only a few being lower). Communication with them after that via phone/email to schedule the pickup of the vehicle went smoothly. The driver picked up the vehicle and then had it delivered to Matson in Long Beach, CA, and eventually arrived in Honolulu.
