Wolfepack Transport - Review

WolfePack Transport Philosophy- they do not follow their business philosophy. Once they took your money, they called it a deposit they do not care if your car is shipped/pick up. They are disorganized. I called to follow up my car delivery for out of state all of their extension was all busy from morning to noon. How that customers be properly served. My hubby was so frustrated with their kind of service. Here is what happened to us we paid this company $ 175 and then we paid the driver $725. In the email: Wolfepack Transport said the standard shipping for open shipping ( not enclosed shipping) is $ 685. Would that be nice if WolfePack tells the correct bill amount which is the total of $ 900? The pickup location and the destination were already disclosed to the WolfePack Transport they do not have a reason NOT to disclose the exact amount. Make sense? I later contacted another car shipping company with an honest cost. I would not recommend and will never use this Wolfepack Transport ever again. The driver is wonderful, his name is Pedro Salazar, but he does not work directly with the WolfePack Transport. I would recommend the driver but not the WolfePack Transport agency. Another reason why I am giving 1 star was that the person who answered the phone after several attempts of calling was very unprofessional. His answer was " well, we sent the driver and you told him you did not need" wait a minute. Would it be appropriate if WolfePack transport representative called/sent an email to the client ahead of time to inform the client, the driver so and so is coming at an approximate time at least? Used this service to transport vehicle from TN to CA. We had a little hiccup at first but Skye was on it and fixed the issue. I owe the stress free transport to Wolfpack! Overall 5 stars ! I needed to ship my vehicle from New York to Florida, so I came across a company called WolfePack Transport after doing my research. When I called for the first time, I listened to what to push (I hate those things, but I understand why companies use them), and I heard they also shi household goods. I pushed the extension for household shipping and spoke with a nice guy (Mike). I got a great quote, and they Mike out me through to Shy in the car shipping division, and he also gave me an excellent quote. I shipped my house, office, and car with them, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.  (more)

Contracted with Scott from Wolfepack to transport 2012 Dodge Journey from California to Connecticut. Was told by Scott they ship the cars directly. Scott took $175 reservation fee and the additional $930 would be due when they arrive in 7 - 10 days. Being realistic I figured it might take up to 2 weeks. Wolfepack did not pick up the car the day they were supposed to so my son had to drop it off at their office and take an Uber back. Wolfepack then transferred the contract to another transportation company. Wolfepack is a broker not a shipper. do not believe them. The new transporter James from JJAUTOTRANSPORT lied continuously about the whereabouts of the car, delivery dates of the car. I was given the phone numbers of 3 different drivers and told to deal with them directly. Wolfepack washed their hands of the situation and refused to return the $175. The car arrived 10 days late after my son already returned to school. I could have tolerated the lateness, the constant lying was the most aggravating. Save yourself lots of heartache. Use a different transporter.  (more)

A friend and I hired wolf pack transport to ship 2 cars at a cost of $3,200.00 . AFTER they took a deposit, they passed us off to another company, (OK AUTO CARRIERS,) Located in federal way, WA. THEY in return passed us off to a private contractor named Alex. We paid for an enclosed trailer because the cars were show cars. The truck showed up with tarped sides with open ramps so the cars on top could drip grease ,salt ,and road dirt , on the lower cars! DO NOT HIRE WOLFPACK! They are a scam. You will save money by hiring a Carrier directly. I was willing to pay the brokerage fee because I thought they would help me if there were issues with the Carrier. This did not happen! Wolfepack (Scott) coordinated to pick up my truck earlier than I requested with the promise that it would be ready in Virginia when I arrived. Once Wolfepack set up the brokerage transaction, they were paid and all customer service immediately stopped. The Carrier truck was in an accident and delayed for weeks. I was unable to contact the carrier and did not know where my vehicle was or when it would be delivered. Dozens of phoned calls were not returned. Originally Scott stated that they could get my truck on a new Carrier but he never returned any phone calls after that. I had to get the police and insurance involved because I assumed my truck was stolen after not hearing from Wolfepack or the Carrier for weeks. After 25 days, the truck was delivered (it was supposed to be there in about 3 days). Wolfepack (Scott) said none of this was their fault and not their problem. He told me to check my contract which conveniently did NOT have any delivery date. Completely unprofessional.  (more)

It took longer than predictable to get the car picked-up but I had a flexible schedule so it wasn't an issue. Specialty Mobile increased the amount being obtainable to the carrier to get the car moved. Once a carrier was assigned the pickup and drop-off went easily.  (more)

WolfePack did an excellent and great job. I moved my car twice a year because I have 2 homes and Wolfe Pack was the greatest company I have ever worked with. I have worked with over 30 dissimilar companies in the last 15 years that I have been living between both homes.  (more)
