NEVER USE THIS COMPANY – HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - On 13 Oct Wolfepack contracted to move truck from MS to WA on or about 21 Oct., gave them $175 deposit. Repeated phone calls and e-mails go unanswered or not returned. Two phone conversations with Scott were just excuses and somebody else’s fault that vehicle was not moved. 2 Nov per their terms/conditions I canceled the order. Still cannot get any confirmation call, e-mail, or fax that they received and will stop. Customer service level was poorest example encountered in 50 years. Had they simply been honest and kept me informed they could have avoid any issues It appears they bid real low and then look for additional payment to get the vehicle moved.
