Review Description
Contracted with Scott from Wolfepack to transport 2012 Dodge Journey from California to Connecticut. Was told by Scott they ship the cars directly. Scott took $175 reservation fee and the additional $930 would be due when they arrive in 7 - 10 days. Being realistic I figured it might take up to 2 weeks. Wolfepack did not pick up the car the day they were supposed to so my son had to drop it off at their office and take an Uber back. Wolfepack then transferred the contract to another transportation company. Wolfepack is a broker not a shipper. do not believe them. The new transporter James from JJAUTOTRANSPORT lied continuously about the whereabouts of the car, delivery dates of the car. I was given the phone numbers of 3 different drivers and told to deal with them directly. Wolfepack washed their hands of the situation and refused to return the $175. The car arrived 10 days late after my son already returned to school. I could have tolerated the lateness, the constant lying was the most aggravating. Save yourself lots of heartache. Use a different transporter.
