: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
We contracted Freightcenter to pick up a shipment from our customer who is about 90 miles away. They had it picked up no problem but then it was taken to a freight terminal where it sat. We tried for 3 days to get an answer of when it would be delivered from their customer non-service department that kept giving us different dates.
Finally in frustration we rented a truck and drove 80 miles to the freight terminal to pick up our shipment. Did we get a refund or credit Not even but 2 months later they charged us another 90 for freight they NEVER delivered.
If you have a shipment that you never want delivered this is the company for you.
Very fraudulent business. (more)

I had a piece of Gym equipment shipped. The seller dropped it off at the wrong location in the same town. Approximately 6 miles difference. Instead of Freight Center telling the seller to take it to the correct location, they accepted it and charged me an additional $210. When I went to dispute the claims they would not reverse the charges since they could not get a hold of the seller. I had done everything on my part correctly and got stuck with an additional $210 bill. (more)

freight center should be out of business.freight center makes a 40% mark up on all jobs they do, and they do absolutely nothing to help remedy a situation. horrible customer service. And the national account manager (name I will not disclose publicly) is completely useless (more)

: Great shipping company, won't use any other!
I had never shipped anything freight, but was sending a crate full of my kids stuff to Florida. He's 17 and I wanted to be sure the company would be reliable and efficient enough to deal with him lol. Everything went great, my agent was named Debbie and she was very helpful in amkeing sure our stuff arrived on time. Very glad I can call back and use the same agent next time. Great work. (more)

: Made things very easy and good pricing.
My husband and my father in law own a cleaning company in Florida. They wanted to ship an industrial type vacuum to California. The vacuum is very pricey and pretty heavy and we were afraid it would get damaged in the process, or that the cost would be so high that it wouldn't make it worth it. (We were sending it to a family member who had a buyer locally.) The trucker and the company were both kind and polite and the representative over the phone was also very nice. The shipment was well worth the money and arrived without a scratch, which I don't think would have happened without the agent walking us thru how to best package the vacumme. Anyways it was all around a great experience and we recommended them to a neighbor who used them too. (more)

Delivered my bike without a hassle. It's freight so you can't expect it to be on time. Things happen. Roads close and we all see accidents on the side of the road every day.
At the end of the day, we all want our bike. If it's at a good price and I package it right, it's good to go. (more)

DO NOT USES THESE GUYS!!! Shipped my stuff Monday, promised to get it to me Friday. Come Friday, stuff is not here yet, and they promised to call me back the next week. I kept calling them every day until the following Friday, with promises made every single day, with no one calling me back. It's Friday a week after it's supposed to be here, and it's still not here! They say my stuff is lost. If you don't want this type of headache, DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!!! (more)

: Extreme lack of professionalism
I have had a negative experience with this company involving service, customer service, subcontracting service, and failure to follow through with customer service complaints. First, I requested that information not be divulged to the parties that are not paying for the service due to desired lack of involvement, yet the subcontracted company STI did not follow instructions. When I brought this to the attention of Freightcenter service members, they did not apologize nor acknowledge that it took place. Even while on the phone, they would not admit fault, and certainly did not respond to my emails on the matter. Second, when I called for a window of time for pick up, the customer service rep Kelly Powell was horrifically condescending to me telling me I needed to "speak to my father" who is not paying for the moving service. She continued to be condescending to me during the course of the conversation. When I attempt to get through to a supervisor, I am usually deflected at every turn. When I do leave messages, they are not returned. I am not confident these issues were at all addressed.I am deeply upset by all of my experiences with this company. Every time I called, with the exception of one customer service rep, I had been met with resistance, rudeness, and a distinct lack of motivation to be of any help. I regret using this company. I will not use them for any future business. (more)

Freight Center did not deliver on time for a guaranteed delivery. It cost our company over $2000 in additional expenses to delay a project due to the late delivery. They would not refund us. Never use them!!! (more)

: Quick and Easy @ Freight Center.
The guys at FREIGHT CENTER got the job done quickly and easily, I highly recommend using them. I've heard about some other companies being difficult to deal with and far more expensive, I got this through a referral and I thank my friend for it. I'm glad in using freight center. (more)

I called Freightcenter to receive quotes, the person I talked to was knowledge and very friendly and quotes offered were reasonable and I decided to go with this company.They realy worked very hard to get us a carrier for the car to be shipped to Minnesota.They picked my car and delivered my car on time but it was little dirty.Driver was very courteous and explained me the situation very well and it was understandable.The service by staffs from Freightcenter was excellent, and the price was much lower than other quotes I received. I would definitely recommend this company!! (more)

This was the first time we have had to use a car transport service and we were thrilled with the service from Freightcenter. I knew this company through my friend. As I received some lower quotes I decided to do business with them because we had to pay for the transport out of our own pocket and I looked for the best deal too. I am so happy that I found this company for car transport. My car picked up on time and delivered in the scheduled time in perfect condition. Driver was very friendly and helpful and Freightcenter transport had good customer service, you guys rocks!!! (more)

: Happy Customer!
I really want to thank Freightcenter for their excellent service and very reasonable pricing. The driver was very professional. He had knowledge of the car and knew how to handle it. Driver always answered my calls and even gave me his personal cell phone if I needed anything after hours. Overall experience was excellent!! I would HIGHLY recommend both the company and Glenn and will be using them for all my future shipments. (more)

Overall I was happy & satisfied with the service I received. My car arrived on time, and the driver was extremely nice. The price was good and they are honest. The whole process was seamless. I recommend using Freightcenter and if the need arises, I will use them again myself. (more)
