Review Description

My husband and my father in law own a cleaning company in Florida. They wanted to ship an industrial type vacuum to California. The vacuum is very pricey and pretty heavy and we were afraid it would get damaged in the process, or that the cost would be so high that it wouldn't make it worth it. (We were sending it to a family member who had a buyer locally.) The trucker and the company were both kind and polite and the representative over the phone was also very nice. The shipment was well worth the money and arrived without a scratch, which I don't think would have happened without the agent walking us thru how to best package the vacumme. Anyways it was all around a great experience and we recommended them to a neighbor who used them too.
