Review Description

We contracted Freightcenter to pick up a shipment from our customer who is about 90 miles away. They had it picked up no problem but then it was taken to a freight terminal where it sat. We tried for 3 days to get an answer of when it would be delivered from their customer non-service department that kept giving us different dates. Finally in frustration we rented a truck and drove 80 miles to the freight terminal to pick up our shipment. Did we get a refund or credit Not even but 2 months later they charged us another 90 for freight they NEVER delivered. If you have a shipment that you never want delivered this is the company for you. Very fraudulent business.
