Review Description
I have had a negative experience with this company involving service, customer service, subcontracting service, and failure to follow through with customer service complaints. First, I requested that information not be divulged to the parties that are not paying for the service due to desired lack of involvement, yet the subcontracted company STI did not follow instructions. When I brought this to the attention of Freightcenter service members, they did not apologize nor acknowledge that it took place. Even while on the phone, they would not admit fault, and certainly did not respond to my emails on the matter. Second, when I called for a window of time for pick up, the customer service rep Kelly Powell was horrifically condescending to me telling me I needed to "speak to my father" who is not paying for the moving service. She continued to be condescending to me during the course of the conversation. When I attempt to get through to a supervisor, I am usually deflected at every turn. When I do leave messages, they are not returned. I am not confident these issues were at all addressed.I am deeply upset by all of my experiences with this company. Every time I called, with the exception of one customer service rep, I had been met with resistance, rudeness, and a distinct lack of motivation to be of any help. I regret using this company. I will not use them for any future business.
