Plaza auto provided excellent service. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I called several times because I had many questions when sending my vehicle, roger was so patient and friendly. I am grateful for his patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this company my vehicle was delivered to another state without me a scratch and it arrived early. Robert at Plaza talked to me on the phone for almost an hour to ease whatever fears i had with shipping companies. He was well mannered and extremely polite. I called him the night before and he arranged for my car to be shipped the following day for a lower fee than other shipping companies. I have recommended his company countless times to a couple of friends and will definitely use his company again. Thanks Rob

: I would definitely choose them again
I needed to ship my Dads inoperable old work truck from CA to MO to have it restored, so like most people I posted on UShip. I had over 25 brokers quoting prices from $750-$1650 to ship the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend doing this before shipping.
Roger from Plaza was one of the few that made the cut. He was honest about the season (yes, there is a seasonal price to shipping vehicles). He told me that he does not do "low ball" brokering to get the sale. He is more interested in having reliable shippers who pick up as they promise and ensuring it is a final price (not a nickel more at delivery) and keeping the customer happy.
Roger was upfront, honest, and his shipper was able to pick up within a few hours of placing the order. There was the $100 broker fee paid AFTER the driver was secured and on his way to get my vehicle and the rest was paid to the driver upon delivery. Quite frankly, it was worry free...to my surprise.
Plaza is not the cheapest out there, but they are not the most expensive either. But, you get what you paid for. I will definitely recommend Plaza to anyone. (more)

Buyer Beware...Do not Use Plaza Auto Transport......they are Scam Artists...when they take your deposit you will never hear from them again. I attempted to use them for a cross country trip. The day of scheduled pick up, no response.....then a week later you will here some story about a hospitalization.....this same story was used a year ago when my husband transported his car with them.....we gave them the benefit of doubt at that time....but now we realize its a scam...I am still waiting for my refund of my deposit... was quoted one price, but when scheduled pickup was told price would now be $150 more so I gave my ccd # to lock in this price for the scheduled date and was told I would hear from the driver.As the pickup time neared I had not heard from driver so I tried contacting the rep. by phone several times and left messages to no avail. I tried e mailing him and finally heard that he had been sick and I should contact the dispatcher at a certain number. The dispatcher informed me that I did not have a contract and if I wanted my car shipped it would cost $250.00 more than the agreed upon price.At this time I realized that I had been dealing with people who were anything but honest with me. They left me high and dry. It is now past the scheduled pickup day and my car won't make it to FL for our vacation. Thanx a lot Plaza I hope you find out that you only reap what you sow. (more)

: PLAZA AUTO TRANSPORT CO.
We contracted early with Plaza via agent Jason Moore. 2 weeks before pick-up he said no problem; a week before he said he had no driver/carrier; 2 days later he said he had a carrier but wanted $100 more. I said no; he never found a carrier.
Previous to Plaza, I had contracted with Get It Done Transport Co. A week or so later, in early July, I called them 5 times (left messages since no one answered)and sent 2 emails which were no answered.
That's when I went with Plaza Auto Transport. Two strikouts after spending many hours researching over 20 companies! I ended up scrambling and finding a carrier on my own and having my car transported.
I think my experiences are not untypical in this unregulated industry. (more)

: Awful Experience.
We had a horrible experience with this company! We set things up a week ahead of time and they said they would be in contact us when they found a driver to transport our car. We never heard back from them for nearly a week, and when we called they said they were still looking and would get back to us the next day. We never heard from them the following day, so we called and received the same answer. We asked on multiple occasions for them to run the price by us before booking our transport. We found out the price when the transport company called us to arrange pick up the to this company and will NEVER use their sernext day with a significantly higher price that was quoted. We never were called or emailed to finalize the offer by Plaza Auto until we called to double check on things. Our vehicle was delivered four days later than our latest drop off date requested, and we gave a week for pick up options. Dispatch staff were disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and awful after our car was picked up. It made it very clear that they were only nice till they got the pick up, and afterwards were only in it for the money and could care less how they treat you. They were the only transport company that got back to us quickly for a quote, but the experience was NOT worth the convenience. I would NEVER refer someonevices again. (more)

THIS COMPANY SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS MADE ME GIVE THEM A 2 DAY WINDOW AND THEY DIDNT COME GET MY CARS FOR 5 DAYS LATER THEN WHEN THE CARS SHOWED UP AT 12:30 IN THE MORNING THEY CHANGED THE PRICE TO ME OWING THEM 400 DOLLARS MORE THEN WHAT WE AGREED ON THEY WONT RETURN YOUR CALLS NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING THERE HORRIBLE COMPANY SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS (more)

One word to describe Plaza Auto customer service: HORRIBLE!! I decided to go with this company because they were the only ones who responded in a timely fashion with as much promising information as possible. Boy, was that just a front. The rep who helped was named Greg Corso and he promised me a match from another company and said he would call me in a couple days to inform me of a pick up seeing that I needed my car to be across country in a week. I called everyday and left several messages but no one called me back. Five days passed and still nothing until he finally answered saying he was in Vegas and knew nothing about the car. How do you run a company on poor service? Greg NEVER informed me about the price match not falling through so when they picked up I was notified that I had to pay full price and that the deposit was not able to be put toward it. Not only that, my car was picked up one whole week after I left the states. Thank God my mother was home and was able to see my car off but what would have happened if I did not have anyone to be there? Oh but theres more, the driver told me it would be here in WA by Monday, mind you it was picked up on a thursday, and Monday came and left. I called and he said it would be here Wed. instead. Why wouldn't I have been notified? Oh because this company SUCKS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, WORST COMPANY EVER! And when I had talked to the manager about my situation how I was in another state with no car and explained all my complications, he did absolutely nothing about it! No reimbursement at all or even some sort of and no sympathy. Would not recommend to anyone! Please DO NOT USE!!!!!!! I don't want anyone to be as stressed as I was with this company. (more)

: Worst Service EVER!!
The person Jim Thompson(Plaza auto transport Representative) promised me that he will find a driver to pick up my car on sunday 31st July morning, a day later, after i paid him deposit, he send me a dispatch confirmation letter which says the my car will be picked up on 2nd August. I called him million times but he never reply. I had called their customer service but another guy told me my car CAN ONLY PICK UP ON 2nd of August and JIM is not in the COUNTRY!!! i felt upset and cheated but the person on the phone was saying he's getting irritating and do not want to talk to me anymore. He warn me to look up the contact carefully before calling him...When I placed order with JIM, I told him that I need to use my car on Saturday morning and I am leaving on Sunday afternoon so my car must be shipped either saturday night or sunday morning, he made promise and talked very nice to me. But after i paid deposit, I never heard from him again... I seriously wish people who want to ship their car DO NOT choose this company... THEY ARE NOT reliable at all. (more)

: I couldn't of asked for any better service!!
I needed my car transported down to Florida and I had never done it before. I received many calls and many e-mails. However, Jim contacted me and he stood out from the pack! He explained me the industry and also explained why I was receiving lower quotes then what he was giving me. I chose to go with Jim at Plaza Auto Transport because he seemed very professional and very experienced in this industry and it was by far the best decision I could have ever made. Jim and Jeff kept in contact with me during the entire process, got my car picked up on time, and even delivered in the small time frame that I gave Jim. I would highly recommend using Plaza Auto Transport so you don't run into any headaches!!!

We contacted Greg at Plaza Auto Transport to arrange to have our car picked up on May 29 to 31. He said he will not have any problems finding a driver for this price $1000 for each of our three cars. So we paid the $300 deposit. As the date is approaching, he did not provide us with any updates and so we called him a few days prior to the pick up date, now he said he was still looking for a driver and will call us the next day. He NEVER called and worse yet he did not even answer our calls. We kept calling him for 2 days (this is only 3 days before the scheduled pick up date), he did not answer our calls. Now we are really anxious. On the day when the cars were scheduled to be picked up, we could get a hold of anyone. We are leaving New York the next day and now this company left us hanging. We do not know what to do. Extremely anxious and no where to go for answers! this company is highly unprofessional. Do not use them. (more)
