J review for Plaza Auto Transport

Review Description

We contacted Greg at Plaza Auto Transport to arrange to have our car picked up on May 29 to 31. He said he will not have any problems finding a driver for this price $1000 for each of our three cars. So we paid the $300 deposit. As the date is approaching, he did not provide us with any updates and so we called him a few days prior to the pick up date, now he said he was still looking for a driver and will call us the next day. He NEVER called and worse yet he did not even answer our calls. We kept calling him for 2 days (this is only 3 days before the scheduled pick up date), he did not answer our calls. Now we are really anxious. On the day when the cars were scheduled to be picked up, we could get a hold of anyone. We are leaving New York the next day and now this company left us hanging. We do not know what to do. Extremely anxious and no where to go for answers! this company is highly unprofessional. Do not use them.
