Review Description
One word to describe Plaza Auto customer service: HORRIBLE!! I decided to go with this company because they were the only ones who responded in a timely fashion with as much promising information as possible. Boy, was that just a front. The rep who helped was named Greg Corso and he promised me a match from another company and said he would call me in a couple days to inform me of a pick up seeing that I needed my car to be across country in a week. I called everyday and left several messages but no one called me back. Five days passed and still nothing until he finally answered saying he was in Vegas and knew nothing about the car. How do you run a company on poor service? Greg NEVER informed me about the price match not falling through so when they picked up I was notified that I had to pay full price and that the deposit was not able to be put toward it. Not only that, my car was picked up one whole week after I left the states. Thank God my mother was home and was able to see my car off but what would have happened if I did not have anyone to be there? Oh but theres more, the driver told me it would be here in WA by Monday, mind you it was picked up on a thursday, and Monday came and left. I called and he said it would be here Wed. instead. Why wouldn't I have been notified? Oh because this company SUCKS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, WORST COMPANY EVER! And when I had talked to the manager about my situation how I was in another state with no car and explained all my complications, he did absolutely nothing about it! No reimbursement at all or even some sort of and no sympathy. Would not recommend to anyone! Please DO NOT USE!!!!!!! I don't want anyone to be as stressed as I was with this company.
