Leonard Solo, Sr review for Plaza Auto Transport

Review Description

We contracted early with Plaza via agent Jason Moore. 2 weeks before pick-up he said no problem; a week before he said he had no driver/carrier; 2 days later he said he had a carrier but wanted $100 more. I said no; he never found a carrier. Previous to Plaza, I had contracted with Get It Done Transport Co. A week or so later, in early July, I called them 5 times (left messages since no one answered)and sent 2 emails which were no answered. That's when I went with Plaza Auto Transport. Two strikouts after spending many hours researching over 20 companies! I ended up scrambling and finding a carrier on my own and having my car transported. I think my experiences are not untypical in this unregulated industry.
