Subject : Honest, good communication

Overall, the move went pretty smoothly. Pickup was exactly on the day promised, and delivery was made 1 day early. I did get a phone call 24 hours before delivery, and then a few hours on that day, so I was able to make plans to receive my Volvo XC60. Would definitely recommend them and would use again  (more)

Subject : On time

I did not ship cars before, so I did quite some search for a reliable company. The NAO auto was selected by Evergreen that I chose. The driver arrived on time and was very friendly to accommodate my schedule. My car also arrived on time in Seattle. So the next day after I arrived there, I had my car in my parking lot. Sweet! I would recommend this professional shipper to friends!  (more)

Subject : Perfect Transaction from start to finish

A very positive experience from Illinois to Washington. I was given several phone calls for estimated time of arrival and a thorough discussion and reassurance if the car arrived damaged and how we will handle it. My BMW 750 Lix arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. Driver delivered it right to my front door. Driver was professional looking, helpful, and shared in my excitement. He offered to drive it into my garage since these cars are not user friendly with their gear shift if you are new to them. Driver gave me ample time to inspect the cars exterior for damage with no pressure. He was cautious of not getting oil or dirt on my Oyster interior - Whew! Perfect Transaction from start to finish! Subject : not good service

These guys are horrible and unfair to the industry. While they intercept vehicles to prevent other transporters from picking up the load, they leave your car sitting in their company lot before it has a driver for that route. They lie to their custo0mers and overwork their drivers and have raggedy transport trucks.  (more)

Subject : Not satisfied.

Subject : Terrible service

Absolutely do not use this carrier my 1970 barracuda showed up with brake fluid on the roof from another car. I said something about it but the driver just rubbed it off and stated it was fine. He was in a hurry, and after waiting for my new pride and joy for about 20 days from Michigan he said sign the bill of lading . Which I did I got the car home and found that the fluid had etched the paint and I turned into my the insurance, as well as the broker company cuda transport. After dealing with Sothern motors who I bought the car from, and using their carrier of Cuda transport. I have a car that is damaged and no resolve their insurance carrier is Progressive which is a shitty company, they told me today that since I signed the bill of lading, that had no VIN # that they would not pay the claim. so bottom line "southern motors" cuda transport and most importantly NAO transport. 3 shitty companys best to last. so I am out about 3600 dollars damage on a 50k car..  (more)

Car was delivered in great condition and our delivery person stepan was excellent. We had a problem on our end during payment and stepan was patient while we took the time to get it sorted out. I wish the group was able to accept credit cards to make payment easier but other than that, I was completely satisfied and more so with the delivery  (more)

THIS WAS THE RUDEST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!! ALEX NEEDS A LESSON IN BUSINESS ETIQUETTE AND HOW TO CONTACT BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL. COMMUNICATION IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS TRANSACTION. NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK MY VEHICLE AND AFTER I CANCELLED MY LOAD WITH THEM THYE STILL PICKED UP MY VEHICLE. My car was delayed by over 10 days. I kept contacting the dispatch department to figure out what was going on. First, he told me that there was something wrong in the shipping truck. Then he told me the driver had to order some parts for it. They only give you $25 per delayed day, which was not even close enough to cover my rental car fee. Overall customer service was horrible. I tried talking to different departments but nobody really knew what was going on. When I finally got my car, I found out that the real reason for such delay was because the driver broke his arm from wrestling. I think that it was too much of a personal issue. 1-2 days would have been understandable but 10 days was too long for me to not have a car. And NAO auto never did anything about it.  (more)

Picked up early...delivered early ..reasonable rates ..did a great job with 2 custom classics. Couldn't have been easier. Shipping 2 classics from Alaska all the way to Chicago made us very nervous but these guys made our day.  (more)

Subject : Unreliable STAY AWAY

NAO auto shipped my car from Seattle to Pittsburgh for a competitive $950. Shipment was first delayed by one week, then "maybe two weeks, maybe more". Very inconvenient, but understandable for cross-country shipping. What was not understandable was that it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. Impossible to reach driver, dispatch, front office, anyone. They have phone numbers that are disconnected, other phone numbers that do not return voice mails, they don't respond to emails - basically I had NO IDEA where my car was, when to expect it, or who to contact about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR CAR ON TIME AND/OR KNOWING WHERE IT IS!  (more)

Subject : Liars

If I described all the problems I had with this carrier, I would have to write a book. They changed the pick up date 4 times but NEVER contacted me. Then I inquired about getting another carrier. This 2nd carrier found my order(from kent, OH to Portland, OR) and found that NAO had increased the cost 225.00. Again, they did this without telling me. They barely ever answer their phone and are apathetic and indifferent when they do. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.  (more)

Subject : Dented, Rude Driver, Worst Customer Service :(

I transported my 2012 Sentra through NAO Auto. The truck driver who delivered the Car was very rude. And they have put a dent on the front hood :( At the time of delivery, they said their insurance will cover it 100 percent. I have been contacting them for the Claim but there is no response at all. If you are looking for a timely and safe transport, NAO Auto is the WORST.  (more)

Subject : Unwilling to pay for damage

I ordered a $65K car and had it delivered from Kansas to Texas. While the driver was backing my car out for another delivery, he hit a pole with my car. I filled out a form that described the damage in detail with the driver and he assured me they would take car of the damage. It has been 45 days since the damage and they will not take care of the damage. As for the form, it never reached their home office. The form they have shows no damage and they forged my signature on their bill of lading. I am in the process of going forward with my attorney and filing charges of fraud and forgery with the police. I woudl not recommend this company to delvier your car if you value it.  (more)

Subject : Wonderful Customer Service

I contacted classic auto express and found representative of this company to be very friendly, personable, fun to deal with and honest. I was given every detail of info I needed when I arranged the shipping of my car with NAO Auto. The pick up was arranged perfectly within the time period as expected. When the driver arrived at my destination, the drop off was smooth and easy.Very good customer service at reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this transport and may use them again if I need a vehicle transported.  (more)

Subject : Excellent Service

NAO Auto was the transporter for my shipment, it was brokered through Specialty Mobile Systems. I was leaving the nation on short notice and needed to transport my vehicle to my parents for a year of storage. My car was picked up on my last day in town so I minimized the additional cost of renting a car. Vadim the driver was very professional, the pick-up was on time and my car reached Washington state in wonderful condition 7 days later (I was given an estimated 7-10 days for delivery). I couldn't be happier and would definitely use NAO auto once more in the future should the need arise.  (more)
