Review Description
NAO auto shipped my car from Seattle to Pittsburgh for a competitive $950. Shipment was first delayed by one week, then "maybe two weeks, maybe more". Very inconvenient, but understandable for cross-country shipping. What was not understandable was that it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. Impossible to reach driver, dispatch, front office, anyone. They have phone numbers that are disconnected, other phone numbers that do not return voice mails, they don't respond to emails - basically I had NO IDEA where my car was, when to expect it, or who to contact about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR CAR ON TIME AND/OR KNOWING WHERE IT IS!
