Review Description
If I described all the problems I had with this carrier, I would have to write a book. They changed the pick up date 4 times but NEVER contacted me. Then I inquired about getting another carrier. This 2nd carrier found my order(from kent, OH to Portland, OR) and found that NAO had increased the cost 225.00. Again, they did this without telling me. They barely ever answer their phone and are apathetic and indifferent when they do. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.
