Review Description
My car was delayed by over 10 days. I kept contacting the dispatch department to figure out what was going on. First, he told me that there was something wrong in the shipping truck. Then he told me the driver had to order some parts for it. They only give you $25 per delayed day, which was not even close enough to cover my rental car fee. Overall customer service was horrible. I tried talking to different departments but nobody really knew what was going on. When I finally got my car, I found out that the real reason for such delay was because the driver broke his arm from wrestling. I think that it was too much of a personal issue. 1-2 days would have been understandable but 10 days was too long for me to not have a car. And NAO auto never did anything about it.
