Subject : horrible customer service

Do not ever let them transport one of your vehicles. The driver fell asleep at the wheel and nearly totalled my truck. I had to drive all the way from VA to TN (10 hours) to pick up my truck. On top of that they refused to refund the $850 that I paid to ship my truck, even though they never actually delivered it. Throughout the process, they probably promised me 15 different times that they would look into it and call me back. Guess how many times I received a phone call or email from them? You got it, zero. Luckily they just went bankrupt, so at least that makes me feel a little better. If they come back under a different name, STAY AWAY. Their customer service is horrible, and they have zero care in the world about what happens to you or your vehicle.  (more)

Subject : 7/28/2014

They damaged the car in transit and said they would take care of the damage. This has been going on since March 2014 with no resolution. They do not return phone calls or emails and we are going t have to turn this over to our Insurance company and attorney. Stay away from this company.  (more)

Subject : Horrible! Please Do Not Use this Company

My 18 year old daughter needed her car shipped to North Carolina. She is married with a 9 month old baby. It has been over 60 days and car has not been delivered. They have no transportation. Car is full of baby clothes, baby bed, kitchen dishes, etc. Please choose another service.  (more)

Subject : unprofessional

I was very dissatisfied with my service. He did deliver my car on time, BUT when given the price by the broker I was told the total would be a certain amount after I gave a deposit to them. When JMT Transport came to pick up my vehicle the driver informed me what I would owe once my car arrived, I explained to him that I had already given a deposit to the broker and to discuss this with them. He did not such thing. Before he arrived someone from their company called to let me know I still owed the same amount, long story short after going back  (more)

I shipped my Vehicle from Charlotte, NC to Castle Rock CO. Initially, everything was good and they delivered my vehicle in 1 week. However after few hours my father in law noticed there was huge DENT on Roof of my vehicle. I tried calling the Trucker and he never responded to calls. I filed a Claim against his insurance company and they completely denied the claim saying that it is not their fault. If you want to ship your car, use some other company, otherwise you will End of paying twice to repair your car. Beware of this Trucker:- "Jake M Terry" Worst people and worst company ever!!! Subject : JMT transport

JMT transport was contracted through Cavalier auto transport to pick up my automobile in North Carolina and transport it to Vail, Colorado. JMT was very unreliable and had zero communication with us concerning where our automobile was and when it would be delivered. Do not use this company. Their driver never picked up his calls and was 5 days late after what Cavalier relayed to us as the delivery date. JMT never returned our calls and we were on pins and needles that the car would never be delivered. It was eventually delivered after 10 days when we had paid top dollar to have it delivered in 7..do not use them..they do not communicate and are very unprofessional.  (more)

Subject : Horrible

Had army orders to move with tight time frame from CA to TN. We made special arrangements and drove to Nevada for easier pick up for the driver (3 hours for us one way). Driver never showed/never called to cancel or apologize. After leaving multiple messages and waisting a whole day waiting in Nevada, we had to drive back to CA, get the rest of our stuff and drive the car ourselves. Unacceptable.  (more)

Subject : Expectations Exceeded

The company was on time, dependable, very professional. Johnny our driver was always available via his cell phone, very accomodating with pick up and drop off times, the car we received in excellent condition. Will definitely do business with them again.  (more)

Subject : Delivered

Martin was the driver for JMT. Picked up car as promised following contacting pick-up contact. Martin's navigation system took him 7 miles NE of my location but address was precisely the same, go figure! Martin kept in contact the whole time and was very enjoyable to job with. It was after dark when delivered so couldn't see invoice very fine but when I got back in house and looked at receipt there is no acknowledgement of the balance collected in cash of $550, which was the balance owed in addition to the deposit ($155) to broker All Aboard Auto Transport (NY). Of course I have the acceptance of the withdrawal from the bank but wish the amount was written on my copy of the invoice for peace of mind.  (more)

Subject : JMT Transport

Overall, the carrier did a great job. However, there was a misunderstanding.The main mix-up was, when the arrange was received and my credit card charged, I was told that there would be a Saturday pick-up. I was told that the driver would call me on Friday evening to make the preparations for the Saturday pick-up. I received no phone call on Friday evening and waited until mid-Saturday afternoon to receive a call. Then I called Amerifreight. The customer service representative was very supportive. She contacted the carrier and then the driver called me to organize a Monday pick-up.  (more)
