Review Description
Had army orders to move with tight time frame from CA to TN. We made special arrangements and drove to Nevada for easier pick up for the driver (3 hours for us one way). Driver never showed/never called to cancel or apologize. After leaving multiple messages and waisting a whole day waiting in Nevada, we had to drive back to CA, get the rest of our stuff and drive the car ourselves. Unacceptable.
