Review Description
Overall, the carrier did a great job. However, there was a misunderstanding.The main mix-up was, when the arrange was received and my credit card charged, I was told that there would be a Saturday pick-up. I was told that the driver would call me on Friday evening to make the preparations for the Saturday pick-up. I received no phone call on Friday evening and waited until mid-Saturday afternoon to receive a call. Then I called Amerifreight. The customer service representative was very supportive. She contacted the carrier and then the driver called me to organize a Monday pick-up.
