Review Description

JMT transport was contracted through Cavalier auto transport to pick up my automobile in North Carolina and transport it to Vail, Colorado. JMT was very unreliable and had zero communication with us concerning where our automobile was and when it would be delivered. Do not use this company. Their driver never picked up his calls and was 5 days late after what Cavalier relayed to us as the delivery date. JMT never returned our calls and we were on pins and needles that the car would never be delivered. It was eventually delivered after 10 days when we had paid top dollar to have it delivered in 7..do not use them..they do not communicate and are very unprofessional.
