Earth Auto Shippers - Review

I had my 2012 Audi shipped from Plano Texas to Sacramento California. I called several and asked for quotes. None of them gave me a good feeling. When I talked to Earth, they made me feel confident that they were going to work with me. I didnot have a home yet in Sacramento and needed to receive the car at my work and only on days when I was in town. They worked details so that it would arrive as planned on a day when I could be at work to receive it. The car arrived on time, safely and at a low, competitive price. The communication was great at both ends. They had my wife mobile and arranged with her to pickup in Plano. They had my mobile in Sacramento and called to arrange delivery. They called the right person and kept the right person informed the whole way. Great service! I highly recommend Earth!  (more)

I recently shipped a classic car from West Virginia to Houston TX. with Earth Auto shippers. The broker that assisted me was Danielle Cox. From the outset she was very knowledgeable, efficient and on the ball. The quote I received was in line with most of the other carriers maybe a little more than some of the discount shippers. I decided to go with Earth because she indicated they have a personal relationship with the carriers they use! It was a little bit of challenge to get a carrier to make there way to WV but Daniele was able to orchestrate the process and get my car to Houston hassle free. The shippers they used were AWESOME....I think the companies name was Cowboy Transport (works for the Texan in me!) Anyway Wes from Cowboy was awesome kept me posted frequently and arrived within 10 minutes of the time he indicated! Which was also a day early I would recommend them anytime! I was very frustraded after my local FORD Dealership told me they wouldn't be able to obtain the 2013 Mustang BOSS Leguna Seca that I had been waiting on for almost 6 months after thry ordered it. I was able to locate one on EBay exactly as I wanted, but was concerned about the cost of delivery. Alan at Covert FORD recommended you as the "Best in the business" and he was not wrong. Your rates were reasonable and you were able to have a carrier actually waiting to pick my car up literally before the paperwork was completed. Thank you.  (more)

Worked with Brandon and the customer service was excellent. He called me every day to update on progress. The cost was a bit higher than other quotes, but the service was worth it. The car was picked up a bit late, but Brandon was all over the carrier to make sure delay was minimized. Overall, very satisfied and would strongly recommend.  (more)

After deciding to ship my Mercedes ML63 to Germany I checked with Contemporary Motor Car, the company I purchased the ML63 from, to see if they knew of any company that could have this accomplished for me. They knew of a company that could handle this task for me and they recommended Earth Auto Shippers in Texas. When I called them I got in contact with a Rebecca Wilson. From that day on everything went very smooth. Rebecca was very helpful in any situation that arose. For approximately 2 months I had several telephone calls with her. She was always very polite and courteous and handled the transaction from the pickup of the ML63 all the way to Germany in a very professional manner. I work in sales for a Volkswagen dealership in New Jersey. After strange customer service from another shipping company, I was put in contact with Brandon at Earth Auto Shippers. It was always easy to get ahold of Brandon and he was clear and concise about the way the entire process worked. He always followed up and made sure that myself and our mutual customer was happy. Earth Auto Shippers rep did not coordinate with third party auto mover: third party auto mover delayed shipment by 1 week b/c of lack of communication between Earth Auto Shippers rep and them. I had to drive 2+ hours to the third party's facility to timely pickup my car. Third party hired by Earth Auto Shippers was not qualified: my car's parking brake malfunctioned upon delivery, the driver's facility was a complete mess (mud everywhere, no asphalt/pavement, driver full of dog hair). I made mistake of authorizing up to $X for shipping, and the Earth Auto Shippers rep charged my card for that amount despite me not being able to get them to nail down a price. Earth Auto Shippers rep was active in discussing options with me initially, and once I signed agreement the rep would not return my calls when I needed help. When I discussed these issues with Earth Auto Shippers rep and requested partial credit, Earth Auto Shippers rep kept saying he was helping me out and thought I was making this all up. Next time, I'll hire another company to ship.  (more)
