Bad Earth Auto Shippers review for Earth Auto Shippers

Review Description

Earth Auto Shippers rep did not coordinate with third party auto mover: third party auto mover delayed shipment by 1 week b/c of lack of communication between Earth Auto Shippers rep and them. I had to drive 2+ hours to the third party's facility to timely pickup my car. Third party hired by Earth Auto Shippers was not qualified: my car's parking brake malfunctioned upon delivery, the driver's facility was a complete mess (mud everywhere, no asphalt/pavement, driver full of dog hair). I made mistake of authorizing up to $X for shipping, and the Earth Auto Shippers rep charged my card for that amount despite me not being able to get them to nail down a price. Earth Auto Shippers rep was active in discussing options with me initially, and once I signed agreement the rep would not return my calls when I needed help. When I discussed these issues with Earth Auto Shippers rep and requested partial credit, Earth Auto Shippers rep kept saying he was helping me out and thought I was making this all up. Next time, I'll hire another company to ship.
