Review Description

They screwed me on a transport from Plano to the Houston area. I was promised my car on Saturday. It did not come, no one contacted me all weekend. On Monday, I was told basically that I would get the car when I get it, tough luck, maybe Monday between 6 and 8. 8 rolls around, driver calls and says he will arrive in an hour. An hour later, driver says his trailer is broken and if I want the car I have to drive 50 miles to pick it up. I did that. The trailer is a flat bed, rusted out piece of junk being pulled behind a pick up truck. Car is covered in bug guts and road grime. Next day, Jake at ATS tells me tough luck, sometimes the trailers break down and offers me a discount if I refer someone in my family to him. No thanks, I do not think I will refer my Mom to be treated like this. Jake then offers $25 discount that I never received. All told, these guys suck and do not stand behind their deal.
