Review Description
Awful company to deal with.. Started with schedule that changed daily and ended up canceling after completely being lied to.. They refunded 1200 out of my 1450 charged and said the $250 was a dry run fee. What complete bs from a bunch of thieves,,,,,

Title : Full refund was given
Rebuttal : The Terms and Conditions that Barry signed plainly state that if a truck has been dispatched, and the customer cancels the load, they are subject to a dry run fee. Barry refused to let the truck pick up his car when it arrived to load. I did charge 250 for the dry run fee, but immediately refunded it the next morning, in an attempt to make him happy. I wish he would have mentioned that in his review.
