All Day Auto Transport - Review

We decided to move in 1 week because of the corona virus ruined all our plans. We searched randomly in google, and contacted few moving companies for 2 vehicles. Finally, we decided to choose ALL Day Auto Transport. Because the Transport Specialist Superviso, Mr Erick Wright, We are so impressed , he replies all our questions promptly and efficiently . The price is reasonable and competitive. The most impressive was , my wife used to What-apps , however , Mr Erick does not have it in his phone. He immediately download the Whatapps without hesitation , in order to have a better communication with us . Moving state is stressful and a lot of uncertainty , Mr Erick , he helps us in anyway he can to solve all our problems. As well as after sales services , he did follow-up and made sure we are fine . We would definitely recommend All Day Auto Transport to everyone .  (more)

I have never had a worse experience with a company in my life. 2 weeks ago, I contracted them to move a boat 350 miles. They assured me the boat would be moved in 5 days. They did not come when expected, or at all for that matter. Tammie would not return phone calls or text messages. Over the next ten days she made up multiple excuses about why her drivers would not pick up the boat. Some were flat out lies as verified with the people she says she called. She has cost me 2 weeks of time and at this point $500 in additional fees for storage and moving at the Marina. I am also looking at spending $2000 more with another transport company because demand has increased and there is a shortage of trucks to meet the demand. They have 22 Better Business Bureau complaints (23 with mine) all for the same treatment I have received. I urge anyone thinking about using this company to strongly reconsider.  (more)

I was contact by All Day and they said they could transport my vehicle and could get it to me on a specific day since i had to fly in to meet the driver for delivery. They quoted me a high price and said that other brokers were low balling and lying to me about the actual cost. I told them that if they could get it to me on the arranged day that i would use them. They called me and told me that the charge would be $700.00 more than they quoted and that they couldn’t get it there until the day after l was leaving the country again. They did not honor their quote or the pickup time or delivery time and told me that nobody wanted to transport my vehicle for their quoted price and that my pick up location was to remote. The pick up location is with a half mile of an interstate. They continued to try to convince me that this was as good as the deal was going to get. Passed on the con game. They make this industry have a continued bad reputation for bait and switch.  (more)

While new to all this, I’made the mistake not looking into this, or other, companies reputation beforehand. Only found out more about this sick racket as a couple days past without getting the answers I had hoped for. Needing a vehicle transported from Reno, NV to Los Angeles, CA I looked on line as to who is who and how things work etc. Putting my info out there, I was inundated with all sorts of carriers and/ or brokers. While they all sounded like they wanted my business, I got in touch with All Day Auto Transport in Florida, also known as Car Delivery USA, Inc. While things started out ok by talking to “Sierra”, I told her that what I needed and she sort of filled me in that they’re a brokerage and can make those arrangements. Asking if they can p/u the vehicle ( not running but movable) on Sat. Jan. 26th and deliver it to LA by Mon. or Tues. the 29th//30th respectively, they said this should not be a problem and they need to find a driver(s) that have a winch on there transporters and will let me know as soon as they find one. This conversation took place on Tues. 23rd. They where also quick to email me a copy of there Shipping Order/ Sign Request. I had left them a credit card number as well. Probably normal procedure to get all this going. No problem. Calling them by Thursday. as to how things are coming along, I was informed that they’re waiting to hear from a couple drivers still and will have the answer by Fri. for sure. Well the answers never came this day prior to the day of the p/u. Calling them I spoke with Tina the dispatcher and she told me they apparently found a couple interested drivers and need to hear back from them. Things are getting a bit tight, not knowing what will transpire. I had to make a decision to contact someone else or do the driving via a U-haul Dollie myself. Not something I wanted to do. She said she would get back with me in about 20 minutes and was getting contact directly with the driver to get an answer. Not hearing back after an hour, I called back and was asked to hold for a moment that turned into 6 minutes and I hung up to try to call Sierra. Well....someone else answered and again told me to hold. Again for a long time. Hung up again and tried a different number that resulted in reaching there voicemail box that was full and couldn’t take any messages at this time. Nice. Trying the previous numbers they all went to voicemail! Kept calling another number I actually got a guy to talk to and explain what the situation was. A bit of back and fore arguing, It resulted in nothing positive, other than waiting and see if this comes together. At this point I knew that this was not going anywhere. One needs to understand that they need to get drivers to agree to a predetermined price with a yeh or nay. The $500.- estimate is not necessarily guaranteed because they look out for themselves first collecting there fee of $200.-, the driver will get $300.- if he accepts. Most of the time that’s unrealistic giving the distance involved. I found these things out later by talking to other more reliable companies how all this works in reality. Not getting the answers from them the afternoon before the p/u Day I cancelled the Transpo and had no choice but to do the driving myself. The car needed to get to LA by Mon. Frankly I had enough of there run around and no answers. And to add insult to injury..... on my way to Reno to get the car, I suddenly got a ton of texts them telling me to call , saying they have a driver and can do the p/u and delivery on my requested dates !! Funny how this works. Word of advice......try not to deal with brokers, they’re only middlemen and give a damn once they get there fee. There is little or no guarantee that one gets a reputable driver that will accept his fee as quoted by the broker. You only have a “ ontract” between you and the broker. The driver can actually charge you extra at the end. If you don’t pay, he can hold your car hostage and put it in storage that will cost you on top of it all. Luckily this did not happen to me. Also blocked/ cancelled my credit card so they can’t make any unauthorized charges. Again ....beware of whom you’re dealing with in this very unregulated industry. And stay away from All Day Auto Transport.  (more)

Now these guys weren't the lowest quote but they were not the highest either. The driver got cross country in 6 days and the car was in perfect condition. Horrible service. Never pick up my vehicle on the date stated. After getting my money they stop answering my phone calls. It took me 28 calls to get some body on the line and then when I told them I want my money back they assured me it will be 7 days to see it on my card. 5 minutes later they call and sayed they have a driver. Its now over 10 days when they told me they initialted the refund with nothing in my account. They are full of lies. Use them at your own risk. After you pay them you wont get a hold of them until you make numerious phone calls.  (more)

After speaking to jenna at all day i had a feeling i was finally not being lied to. To my amazement the car was picked up 3 hours after setting up the order. Wow was i amazed. We arranged months in advance for this scam company to pick up over a 2 day period. On day of promised pickup we were told they couldn't guarantee pickup unless we "offered the driver additional money". They couldn't tell us that they would ever pick up or deliver and they would not return the sizable deposit that 'guaranteed' the service. I contacted some of the other positive review posters here on this site and it seems that they are being submitted by or compensated by All Day Transport. Even their "positive" clients aren't very loyal. The BBB does not have an acceptable rating for this company and multiple complaints. After trying to cancel the order and get my deposit returned, they posted my name on the national board showing I'm paying almost twice the original quote so that if I tried to get a reputable company to ship, they would overcharge. This company is a scam and contact me if you would like to discuss the whole horrible experience. In short- DON"T USE THIS COMPANY and alert your Facebook and Twitter and all friends to avoid.  (more)

I contacted this company in early Oct. to have my car shipped from Northern, IL to Portland, OR. I signed an agreement for a specified payment amount and a date of vehicle pickup. The company never picked up the car and failed to return my calls or emails. After days of calling them, I finally got in touch and they denied that they were supposed to pick up the car on the specified date even though they had told both me and the family member in separate phone conversations that they would be there to pick up the car. Then they proceded to tell me they could do it the following week for an increased fee of $200. I said I would need to ok this new price with my family. They are not upfront that the price you sign on your agreement is for is just an "estimate." They assured me this was what it would cost. I called the company back and again for days they never responded to my calls or emails. I finally sent an email to the company saying that I would need to cancel since they would not return my calls. They immediately called me back at that point and told me that if I canceled then I would lose my deposit. They also stated that once I agreed to have a shipper dispatched, that also voided my contract. I did not agree to have the shipper dispatched for my car then I and told them I would call back on 11/14/11. Without my consent, they dispatched a car shipper for my car anyway which makes me unable to receive my deposit back. This company needs to be investigated for their unfair business practices and failure to be honest with customers. They seem to honor only parts of the contract that ensure that one will not receive their deposit back if they decide to use another shipper. They also fail to communicate with customers once they receive your initial deposit. I would like warn other people to be cautious when deciding to do business with this company.  (more)

HORRIBLE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been trying to get reimbursed on a cancellation since April. I have all the back up to prove I cancelled in the amount of time, have called and discussed with Daniel the manager, he approved it and said he was sending a check (in August!) and now when I call, the company won't take my calls since they have caller ID. Daniel, the manager, and everyone there places me on hold and won't come back on the line. It's ridiculous. I complained to the BBB and now All Day is claiming that there are no refunds. Hello All Day - I have the proof you were in the wrong. We went through this two months ago and now their stance is 'let's ignore the customer' instead of dealing with the issue.  (more)

I called this company and they said all the right things for me to trust them with my veichal. Said to say they never showed up and I had to make a flight my car was stuck in new orleans and me hustling to find another carrier. but since they had the "contract" and they didnt release it i still 2 weeks later havent got my car moved. They dont return your phone calls and or email. they charge my credit card and no refund. Please stay away from this company.  (more)

I read the other reviews prior to choosing a service to transport my car from Philadelphia to central California. I was scared after reading the mixed reviews, which ranged from horrific to excellent experiences. I chose All Day Auto Transport with my fingers crossed and I'd I have to say it was the best decision I could have made. The people at the customer service office were always there and very helpful. They worked with me on my specific dates, even though I did not pay for the exact date option. The driver was a very nice guy, and kept in touch with me throughout the move. He arrived 3 days before the expected delivery date! The car arrived in perfect condition---its only need: a TON of soap (he drove through lots and lots of rain). He delivered right to my doorstep when he said he would. This was my first time have a car shipped and what a success it was!! I got a quote from Mimi and she gave me the right price . My car was even picked up a day earlier than expected. Therefore it was delivered in New York a day before a day before I had expected. After doing so much research on shipping my car and about 20 quotes from different companies I chose All Day Auto Transport based on 2 things the way Justin seemed the most upfront and honest about the process and the near impeccable reputation all day has on the web. Everything that occured during this transport was flawless.
