HORRIBLE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been trying to get reimbursed on a cancellation since April. I have all the back up to prove I cancelled in the amount of time, have called and discussed with Daniel the manager, he approved it and said he was sending a check (in August!) and now when I call, the company won't take my calls since they have caller ID. Daniel, the manager, and everyone there places me on hold and won't come back on the line. It's ridiculous. I complained to the BBB and now All Day is claiming that there are no refunds. Hello All Day - I have the proof you were in the wrong. We went through this two months ago and now their stance is 'let's ignore the customer' instead of dealing with the issue.
