Nexus Auto Transport - Review

I used Nexus out of Fort Worth, TX to Port Orchard, WA. They were by far the lowest cost and they had excellent customer service. I had to make changes in the process and they were easy to do with the ability to make adjustments and communicate consistently. Everyone was friendly and professional. Pick up and delivery was great. No hidden fees or changes, exactly as quoted. In addition the relocation of vehicle was faster then offered by others. We thank Elvis from Nexus Auto Transport in helping us choose the right shipment option for us. We are happy everything worked out as we had a tight schedule and did not have the time flexibility. Elvis worked with us and offered the Priority Shipping option, the car hauler came the next day, and they were team drivers. I knew nothing about auto delivery, but it was suggested by a friend. I did an online search and Nexus appeared. there were options, but the price from Nexus remained the best.They called me with optional drivers, but I kept looking for the lowest price. When I selected one, he showed up as promised loaded Avalanche on a flatbed trailor and chained it down. The driver left and I worried about my vehicle. He answered my phone calls and let me know where he was. He estimated the arrival time and he was early. Delivery went as expected. The driver was courteous, responsive and accurate.  (more)

I had booked with another company who did not find me a trucker after 5 days, we reached out to nexus auto transport where elvis scheduled us a trucker right away, without us having to pay anything. In the end they were able to solve our auto transport need and we did have to pay extra $100 but it was definitely worth it because we were in a tight situation and the other company had no hope for us.  (more)

I had booked with another company who quoted me a lower rate but I waited 5 days and could not get a hold of anyone at their company. After 5 days i looked elsewhere and came across nexus auto transport website which was easy to navigate and was able to get a price quote to match my needs. Scheduled online and received a call instantly, the representative helped me through the processes and assured there would be a trucker scheduled shortly, they did not charge a deposit up front. As said, the trucker was scheduled, i received an E-mail confirmation and pickup location informed me of the vehicle being picked up and that the trucker was a really nice guy. I had his number from nexus auto transport so i gave him a call and he assured me that he would call me in advance to schedule delivery. He called me a day before arrival and we scheduled delivery timing, I had to wait few extra hours but that is understandable as he ran into some traffic, he eventually came and unloaded the vehicle, I was happy to see no damanges and just the way it was online. Our family made the dificult decision to relocate to Florida and our moving company recomeded Nexus Auto Transport which we went ahead and scheduled our 2 cars to be shipped. We received a call a day before that the truck was coming to pickup our cars, the driver did an inspection report and left us with a copy. We got to the desitination before the trucker did and were there to accept our cars. we assumed the trucker washed them which is very generous of him so they totally deserve these 5 stars!  (more)

Our son is active duty military and he was in the field on the day that the truck was to be delivered. The carrier went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle to a secure location where my son could pick it up the evening it was delivered although the carrier said he could hold the truck at that secure location for several days if need be.
