Review Description
The idea of having a contact person assigned to you as a customer was very pleasant for me. I experienced this after I hired Nexus Auto Transport to ship my car from Texas to Florida. My contact person, who was very knowledgeable, offered me the information I needed when I needed. He was professional and made my experience as smooth as could be. He even provided me the driver’s contacts that enabled me to track my car en-route. Best 24hour customer service experience ever. Thanks
