Ron review for Nexus Auto Transport

Review Description

I had booked with another company who quoted me a lower rate but I waited 5 days and could not get a hold of anyone at their company. After 5 days i looked elsewhere and came across nexus auto transport website which was easy to navigate and was able to get a price quote to match my needs. Scheduled online and received a call instantly, the representative helped me through the processes and assured there would be a trucker scheduled shortly, they did not charge a deposit up front. As said, the trucker was scheduled, i received an E-mail confirmation and pickup location informed me of the vehicle being picked up and that the trucker was a really nice guy. I had his number from nexus auto transport so i gave him a call and he assured me that he would call me in advance to schedule delivery. He called me a day before arrival and we scheduled delivery timing, I had to wait few extra hours but that is understandable as he ran into some traffic, he eventually came and unloaded the vehicle, I was happy to see no damanges and just the way it was online. Overall a good experience with nexus auto transport, great service!
