very friendly very fast and very good service from this company , simply no BS was pickup on monday 9am from Orlando Florida and was delivered 5 days later in my home in CA , car arrived to cali before me !!!  (more)

I was given a quote of $797 and was told I needed to pay a deposit of $197, and that I will owe the remaining $600 upon delivery. After several delays, my car was finally picked up. A few hours before it was delivered, the driver told me I would owe $800, and I immediately contacted the broker. He first asked if my car was already picked up, and after I said yes, he changed it to $800 instead of the remaining $600 he initially told me. He said that it was a cost for the reservation, and all transportation companies operate this way. My friend that I referred to him before I knew this would happen was also mislead, and ended up owing an extra $330 from his original quote. There was absolutely no way that both of us had a misunderstanding. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!  (more)

My car had damage when delivered. The driver said it was there when picked up and showed me the inspection sheet. He had me sign it and wouldnt give me a copy. I contacted the shipper and they sent me a copy of the pick up inspection and it was completely differant than the one shown me. I finally had a broker get me a copy of the drop off inspection for evidence of their fraud. After getting the run around from United Carriers for a week they quit taking my calls and would not give me their insurance info. Luckily I found it on my own and filed a claim. Please stay away from these folks, they are the most dishonest people and company I have ever dealt with.  (more)

I called Mike to arrange shipment of my vehicle to Flrida. He sent an e-mail with a quote that said $597. when I called to finalize and place the order, he told me I had to give him $200 and the balance was due upon delivery. He also said my car would be delivered in 3 days. What he didn't say was that the $200 was HIS broker fee and the $597 was the trucking fee. Also, my car was picked up (NOT DELIVERED, like he said) in 3 days. And delivered 4 days later, not 3. He e-mailed the contract which I had to sign quickly. However I had to do it on my cell phone which made it not very readable. UNFORTUNATELY what he said VERBALLY was nothing like what the contract said. I also had an e-mail that mentioned the $597 but he would not recognize that as binding. MY bad for not understanding the contract, however he MISLEAD me verbally with both the price and the delivery date. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU ON THE PHONE. They nevcer sent any e-mails about the status of my delivery, like their web site indicates. I also called Mike twice on Friday for an update and left messages. No return call was made. When the delivery arrived and a problem arose, I tried calling 3 times. his voice mail was full and I could not reach him. The e-mail address from the web site came back as undeliverable.  (more)

I recently bought a car when visiting in Florida and needed it shipped to my home in California, I contacted United Trucking, and set things up. Mike was very honest and professional, he gave a quote so I could shop around but I ultimately chose united because of their history of great customer satisfaction and service. I can't mark that the car arrived dirty, because, well I chose to ship it cross country on an open truck, so that would be stupid to blame on the company. Great service, friendly workers, overall awesome company! Highly recommend.  (more)
