Review Description

I was given a quote of $797 and was told I needed to pay a deposit of $197, and that I will owe the remaining $600 upon delivery. After several delays, my car was finally picked up. A few hours before it was delivered, the driver told me I would owe $800, and I immediately contacted the broker. He first asked if my car was already picked up, and after I said yes, he changed it to $800 instead of the remaining $600 he initially told me. He said that it was a cost for the reservation, and all transportation companies operate this way. My friend that I referred to him before I knew this would happen was also mislead, and ended up owing an extra $330 from his original quote. There was absolutely no way that both of us had a misunderstanding. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
