: miscommunication on their end
Our car was shipping was delayed by 8 days.
They reserved the local storage for me so that I can bring my car in and the driver can pick it up from there. However, the driver was not able to get the car out due to a miscommunication on their end that caused most of this delay.
Also, the storage fee was not paid in full amount so I have to pay. They said the will send me a check but that has not happened after two months. (more)

Ship Your Car Now is a very efficient and communicative. After a terrible experience with Road Runner, Vincent at SYCN made sure my car was picked up and delivered in great condition! SYCN shipped my car across country twice in the last two months! Highly recommend this company! My broker agent Vincent, was very kind and understanding and does what he says he is going to do! : ShipCarNow misnomer
We had a horrible experience with a company variously interacting with us as ShipCarNow.com, ABC Auto Transport, and Reliable Auto Transport, worse than that described in any car transport review I’ve read. Briefly, it took 39 days to receive our car again after it was picked up. It was kept in two storage lots in different parts of the country, one without my knowledge or permission. After paying in full when the car was picked up, I had to pay another $720 in order to get delivery. The police and credit card companies were involved, both of whom found in my favor. Transport companies typically respond to reviews like this by saying that the writer made things up, but everything I’ve said, and much more, is true. (more)

Don't trust this company they said 2-4days for pick up and 9 days for delivery it took 17 days for pick up then they took it to Chicago cause it would be quicker delivery and it sat there fir eight days. I asked them exactly where it was and if it was inside or out and they would never answer me. My quote was for $1275 open transport door to door after waiting awhile I said it could be enclosed if it would get here sooner. So they shipped it from Mass to Chicago enclosed but it would cost $1575 I said that was ok then they told me I was to pay the driver $200 dollars cash when it got to Mn I asked if that would come off the $1575 all they said after multiple call is they would check. The car came I had to drive 20 miles to pick it up because they said the driver wouldn't leave the highway so much for door to door. I checked my credit card and they didn't take off the $200 so I called them they said they didn't make any money and how they had to pay more so they could get it here (28 days later). They made it sound like they were doing me a favor by refunding me $100 even though I never agreed to the extra $200. Then to top it off they punctured a hole in the one side of the header and almost put a hole in the other. Do not use this company a bunch of scammers (more)

: 3 days past due and counting
The car was picked up 3/17/2014 and the estimated time of delivery was 3/27/2014 and as of 3/30/2014 the car still has not been delivered. Over this past week I have called and left several messages to the driver and ShipYourCarNow to get an update and no one ever called me back. It was only yesterday after I called ShipYourCarNow numerous times that I was able to get some sort of estimate time on delivery. Both the driver and dShipYourCarNow told me that it would be delivered that same night and 20 hours later I still don't have the car.
I don't know what's going on with them, but you would think that ShipYourCarNow would know when the driver would be in the vicinity of the drop off location. To give such erroneous delivery dates ( 3 days and still counting after estimated time of delivery) , not return any phone calls ( 10 calls to ShipYourCarNow and the driver), to say that the car will be dropped off last night ( 20 hours ago), and not give any reason or update on why the delivery is late is unacceptable and is why I would never ever recommend ShipYourCarNow to anyone.
