Review Description

We had a horrible experience with a company variously interacting with us as ShipCarNow.com, ABC Auto Transport, and Reliable Auto Transport, worse than that described in any car transport review I’ve read. Briefly, it took 39 days to receive our car again after it was picked up. It was kept in two storage lots in different parts of the country, one without my knowledge or permission. After paying in full when the car was picked up, I had to pay another $720 in order to get delivery. The police and credit card companies were involved, both of whom found in my favor. Transport companies typically respond to reviews like this by saying that the writer made things up, but everything I’ve said, and much more, is true.
