JT Autotransport Inc. - Review

Service satisfaction is split half and half. Sometimes they are great, sometimes not so much. The dispatchers answering the calls are sometimes nice and helpful, and sometimes are rude and need an attitude check. They do not have service for late at night, unfortunately, but that may just be for those requests made via insurance companies. Be aware though that they will treat you differently when you tell them you are making the reservation through an insurance versus paying cash.  (more)

I have been using J T Transportation since I was a child. They are what you expect from a car service. Everyones experience will be different based on the driver that gets dispatched. Due to the current pandemic and the increase in crimes I have been taking Car Service a lot more. JT transportation offers very competitive rates, compared to Uber and Lyft. The drivers are not very chatty which I like, and what is great is you can schedule your ride with them ahead of time, and they are always prompt. The dispatchers that you speak to also varies, but they get the job done. They are straight to the point, you just have to tell them your address, where you want to go, and they give you the rate. When you agree you tell them the time and they show.  (more)

Been using J T Transportation for about 3 weeks now. Service is decent and friendly. The dispatcher is straightforward and gets the job done. While the drivers are friendly and on time if not, they will call and state they are running a bit late due to traffic or what not.  (more)
