Review Description

Service satisfaction is split half and half. Sometimes they are great, sometimes not so much. The dispatchers answering the calls are sometimes nice and helpful, and sometimes are rude and need an attitude check. They do not have service for late at night, unfortunately, but that may just be for those requests made via insurance companies. Be aware though that they will treat you differently when you tell them you are making the reservation through an insurance versus paying cash.
