Review Description
Long lasted company, declining in services. I used to trust this car service company. Lately, the dispatcher is always rude, many drivers are always on phone with or without headset while driving customers to their destinations. When on phone, each sentence contains some profanity...... sometime complaining life, sometimes complaining the previous riders.... Very very unprofessional! There are many many car services out there now, I might have to stop supporting this local Chinese own car service spot. Will not recommend if you want a pleasant ride home or any destinations.
