: Great Service
I called Corporate Auto Transport to move my car from Cali to Texas. This was my first time dealing with the industry and yes, I had a lot of questions hehe. The service I received from Virginia and all others was great! and they answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. Long story short, the driver they assigned me was AWESOME. He updated me regularly with calls and texts. Got here right on time! Although I bought a manual car from Cali, I did not know how to drive it. So when I picked up my car the driver willingly helped me out by training me the basics! very kind and much appreciated. Thank you for a great experience Corporate Auto Transport (more)

: No proper response and customer service
My wife and I left Fayetteville, NC and moved to Bryan, TX last month. We were able to pack everything and drive it down ourselves except for our Subaru. So we looked around and saw Corporate Auto Transport, their excellent score on BBB and put in our request for "standby". This review may sound similar to the other one-star reviews on here, but I am hoping it drives home the point.
We got a call very quickly and Virginia, one of the phone reps, gave the low-down on how everything worked with getting a driver and getting it shipped in a timely manner. She assured me that the $550 dollar contract would push through quickly and that she had keep me updated often on progress. Feeling good about it, I handed over the $175 dollar fee for their services and from that point on, the calls never came. Two weeks pass, no call. I call and Virginia suggested I raise the contract price, so I did. Another week, no call. Ok, its been a month, what deal? I called back and pushed the issue. Virginia said the price was still good and that she would talk to her supervisor and call me back before close of business that day. No call (this was Friday and they are not open over the weekend). I call Monday and push the issue again, this time speaking to Jessica, the other phone rep. She said she did not "see anything on file" and would talk to her supervisor and call me back. No call!
I needed my car weeks ago and have been trying to make it work but time was running out by now. I called back and told Jessica that I was formally terminating my contract because I could not wait anymore and that I wanted my refund. Of course, there is no refund and yes, it is in writing in the contract. I tell her that I am just going to buy a plane ticket and fly to NC and drive the 1200 miles back to TX and it would still be cheaper and faster! Her response: "Ooo, you can treat it like a vacation!" We have not heard from them since. No call to find out what happened, no follow up. Nothing. (more)

: Excellent Company
My car was shipped during the height of the storms across the Northeast, so I am totally understanding of the delay in my pick up/delivery. Corporate Auto Transport is a reputable company, one that I would definitely use again. Jessica is a wonderful employee and kept me up to date every step of the way. She found me a driver quickly and was always available to answer any questions I had. Keep up the good work! (more)

The car was picked up in 2 days, He was very prompt on calling me with the pick up times and the drivers information. I will be using the again. (more)

: Disappointed
I spoke to Jon and placed my order on Jan 26th 2011 from my car to be shipped from Schaumburg, IL to Dallas , TX . I was told by Jon that my car will be picked up in 5 days and will be in Texas a few days late than what i was looking for .But i still placed order with them becasue of their ratings and paid $200 deposit. I was moving because of new job. I found another company who could move my car sooner than corporate auto so i went with them.I called Corporate Auto and sent emails to Jon to let them know that i had to cancel the order on and requesting refund too on jane 30th and Feb 1st. Nobody called me back nor replied back to my emails .
So i called in again on Feb 8th . then they refunded my money $125.
when i called in March to find out why ,their answer was that " once you place the order you can cancel it but $75 would be deducted from your deposit amount" no matter how soon you communicate to them about cancellation.this was mentioned in the order confirmation email.
why was this not communicated on the phone when i called in to talk about the quote.I would never placed an order with them.
I understand that they have listed all their terms and conditions in the email, but it would be nice if you communicated those terms when people call in to discuss the Quotes and not just give them your probable pickup dates .
there is something called customer service. If you want people to come back to you again and again(like me who runs around the country for short term projects and so ships car a lot ) and refer to you to others , then you should provide more serivce than whats listed in your terms and conditions . : horrible services
Corporate Auto Transport provides horrible services. They charge you very cheaply and attract you with special discounts and benefits, but contacting them is a headache as you never get the concerned authorities on line and they never give you a clear answer to your queries. (more)
