Careful courteous and on time or a bit early. Car delivered in perfect condition. Car was secured by the tires just like they said it could be. Cost was a bit more than the others but i had no issues or complaints and that is worth something. I recived no incentive for this review  (more)

The process was very quick and easy. I called asking to ship a car after another company backed out and they were able to have my car picked up less than 24 hours later with a very friendly and knowledgeable driver. He delivered my car just the way it was when it was picked up, kept in contact letting me know exactly when he would be here, and everything went just as I had hoped.  (more)

The rep did a good enough job trying to get things handled, but in the end it comes down to one thing - paying top dollar for a timely delivery by a professional organization. Frankly, I am not writing this about price as I agreed to use the company but was pissed to find out they just then get someone else to do it anyway. Lessons learned but then figured the premium price tag was for service and timeliness even if outsourced. We discussed at length having the motorcycles before the holiday (thanksgiving), and WORST case scenario it would be held (at no additional cost because I paid 4k for 2 motorcycles) and delievered as promised. They still have not arrived and we are dealng with this nonsense. I should have went with a less expensive company (and so should you) if it was going to be handled this way anyway.  (more)

Exhaust tips missing from car did not realize until after it was at home. Piece of plastic was dragging underneath when driving. Upon inspection, the plastic guard under the carriage had been damaged. Driver was very professional and prompt during and at delivery. Great communication. Very careful when unloading because the vehicle sits low to the ground. I am wondering if the same care was taken to load the vehicle but no one witnessed that part of the transport. Overall, pleasant experience, good value but some minor damage to vehicle. Would probably use again but not recommended for sports cars or for vehicles that sit low to the ground unless you have someone there to assist at loading and unloading.  (more)

BEWARE of United Routes they are not what they say they are. Purchased a antique car from auction - Got a quote from United Routes (UR). Hired them to pick up my car in Idaho and deliver to Danville VA.9-6 received quote, received email stating estimated ship date Sept 9 - with estimated delivery dateof 9-14 .9-10 received email stating vehicle got picked up. Same day received email that they picked up the wrong car and my pick up would be delayed until the next week. 9-16 received email that there was a delay on route and that the car would be picked up 9-18. 9-18 received email that car was being loaded as we speak, which was a lie - car was not picked up until 9-21. Emailed asking for trucker contact info. Got name and phone number, which I called and come to find out it was another transport company! and not the trucker but his company. So UR was not the shipper, they subbed the delivery of my car to another company without my knowledge or consent. Their website does not state anywhere that they use other companies. False advertising. Kept calling the contact and only got an answering machine with no call back. Called UR to find out what was going on - Marcus was less then forth coming with information. After I was lied to by Marcus I started to wonder if this was a scam and if I would ever see my car. Kept calling UR and A  (more)

They provided me a great service in transporting my vintage mustang gt. I was a little doubtful but their service was amazing. Their prices are also reasonable and the customer service is also awesome. My car arrived in a perfect condition and on time. I would like to use their service again. And i will also tell to my friends about it. United Routes LLC delivered as promised. Recommended to everyone. They made sure that everything is okay and i had no doubt after that.  (more)

I have a client who was hosting a car show two weeks ago and put me in charge of acquiring the cars he wanted at his show. After first locating places to get the cars, I then needed to find an extraordinary auto transport company that I could trust to bring them to the location. United Routes LLC was given the job, bringing cars on site from around the United States as well as a few from other countries. The vehicles arrived ahead of schedule in flawless condition. Trust my brand new 2011 Mustang Cobra to a transportation company. At first I said hell no to the idea, but as my wife pointed out to me, it's really the only option. With the new job she got at NY State University she had to fly over early and left me with the moving details. I can't drive two vehicles at once and flying back just to drive the car after I drove the moving van was out of the question. Way too expensive, especially with gas prices and a V8 that guzzles gas like a camel does water. After some shopping on the great Internet, I found United Routes to have some of the best reviews in the automotive transportation industry. I immediately felt like I could trust these guys above the rest. I have to say that the staff was excellent in making me comfortable about my baby and I felt at ease immediately. What the nice gentleman on the phone didn't tell me was how prompt the driver would be. I mean talk about service. I'm ex military and if you show up on the dot, you're late. No this guy was on time 25 minutes early. After all my fussing about the car he assured me it would arrive safe and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Sure enough, the car arrived at our new home, early as well. There wasn't a scratch or ding anywhere and I was amazed. I had a large lifted Toyota Truck, Other companies tried 3 times could not do it, united routes got this order, I had little confidence for anyone and was expecting same thing from them, but they called me the next day and told the time when they will be picking up, and came the next day on that exact time, picked it up at promised time and delivery is also prompt. So easy it was amazing and impressed when I got my car just as I had left it. The delivery was two days early and the people were very polite. I would use this company again and recommend it for anyone looking for a legitimate transport company.  (more)

I've shipped a number of vehicles in the past and my experience with United Routes by far has been the best . They offered lowest price and However, their low quote was deceiving, and I waited over 2 weeks without any bids on my shipment. Staffs at this transport are easy to deal with, always available when I called them and have answered all of my questions.My car arrived earlier than expected date.Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to make their lives easier.  (more)

All I asked for was that my car would be picked up as scheduled, delivered as scheduled, and not be spoiled. Aside from the dead mosquitoes on my windshield, the car arrived in PERFECT condition.
